Cozy cottage in very quiet neighborhood is nestled at the waters edge of Apalachicola Bay. Features include; 2 bedrooms and Loft, 2 full bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, private dock and much more. NO SMOKING. Amenities: Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Coffee Maker, Microwave, and more. *Pets Allowed under 30 pounds, $100 non-refundable pet fee.

Suncoast Vacation Rentals offers a wide selection of beach homes and cottages on St. George Island ranging from one to eight bedrooms. Our rates are some of the most competitive on the island, for which we provide nice beach homes for an affordable price. All of our beach homes have televisions with cable and DVD/VCR's. The deck boards were rotten and one broke under my foot. The railing was about to completely fall apart as well

Peace and Quiet

If you are looking for a place to fish, go to the beach, ride bikes and just have peace and quiet this is the the place to stay! This place was just what my family needed! We hope to go back to visit the little bit of heaven cottage on the bay soon!

The house was just great, with an amazing view. It was very clean, and was perfect for us. I will definitely be coming back with friends again, and next time I would love for my family to stay in the house

Love the rental..Just make sure to bring amenities. The beds are not very comfortable.There old but I Did sleep though.Over-all a great place.

This property has a beautiful view. I’m not sure if it has been renovated recently but it was very bare. There were no rugs and sand on the floor was a big problem.

Brought the family for spring break. House was clean and the kitchen was redone compared to pictures. Loved the house on the bay. 10/10 recommend. Will book again!

It’s basic as it comes , bed and towels were washed but windows was filthy and the view is what sells this place if you don’t mind bay side . House is just older and needs attention, would I stay here again yes but not for 1600+ dollars for a week . I’d go somewhere else first .

Good view of bay. Kitchen was equipped with enough to get by if cooking. Pillows were ok but not my favorite. TV was not good. No cable just local stuff.

I love that you were able to hear the ocean and it was just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and very peaceful. I never did figured out how to use the TV, not sure if there was cable or not , because it never came on. I'm glad I went to the dollar store , there were very limited paper products and no seasonings , salt and pepper. I think the beds could use an update, they were not very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your place .

Stay at Bienvenue

Location is nice. House was clean. House has BASIC essentials. Has pots and pans, silverware, dishes, etc. Prepare to bring everything else. No salt and pepper, etc. we were given one trash bag and one roll of TP. There were pods for the DW, one dish towel, no dish soap. Not what we usually have experienced.

Wonderful Stay at Bienvenue

We enjoyed our stay at Bienvenue and found the property clean and well-maintained. The living room has a fantastic view of Apalachicola Bay and from the deck there is a wonderful view of the sunset. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, beds were comfortable and the furniture in good repair and relaxing-ready. Very minor complaints were that all dishes/utensils are to be clean upon departure ( no problem) but while there was a sponge and dish towel provided along with only two tablets for dishwasher there was no dish soap and also no coffee filters for the coffee maker so we had to dash to the store before it closed for the holiday. Hard to understand why those low-cost items were not available. All-in-all we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

The house was very clean, but a bit lacking in basic supplies - no extra garbage bags, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. The dock felt a little unsafe with missing boards. There were a couple abandoned bikes that I called the bike rental company to pick up. But the management company was easy to contact. Maybe these other things are normal for rentals in this area, hard to tell. And it was nice to be able to bring our dogs.

Quiet neighborhood with the best view ever, looking over the bay, with the bridge off to your right, Apalach in the distance, and dolphins visiting every day. Perfect for fisher-people. The house furnishings are rather spartan, so bring everything you need, such as a hair dryer, extra paper goods, sharp knives and any fancy kitchen thing you require. But the basics are there, and the house is comfortable. VERY relaxing and very clean. TV in LR needs a new remote. Deck needs a new table desperately. Kitchen has been remodeled since the photos were taken and its lovely. We did not want to leave this charming cottage.

Disappointing Week

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not notified about the Red Tide. Since our main reason for coming is fishing, we wouldn't have spent many extra hours preparing fishing gear and then packing all of it. The WiFi nor the TV worked. TV did turn off/on and changed channels one at a time only in one direction. There were no printed channel guides as in the past. We notified Suncoast office a total of four times concerning these issues. Our name was supposedly called into the media company. We never got a call. As a result we packed up and left a day early. The kitchen was well stocked; however, we will not return.
