Welcome to Belle Vue; A beautiful single level, on pilings, Bayfront 3 bedroom 2 bath home with stunning views of St. George Sound on the Apalachicola Bay. This property boast a Belle Vue (Beautiful View)! It is located in a private, secluded area on the East end of St. George Island with a new private dock for fishing or relaxing. The home and property have been recently remodeled and includes updated furnishings throughout. As you enter the front door you will be greeted with a Beautiful Unobstructed View of St. George Sound! The open concept living, dining and kitchen area all have an amazing view of the Bay. Two 9ft sliding glass doors open out onto a large screened deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, watch for eagles, dolphins and other Florida wildlife during the day then enjoy your evening meal while watching the unforgettable sunsets!

The inviting Bayfront Master Bedroom has a King sized bed, private bath and sliding glass doors that lead out onto the screened in deck with a beautiful view of the water.
The second Bayfront bedroom has a Queen sized bed and sliding glass doors that lead out onto the screened in deck with gorgeous views of the water. This room shares a full bath with the third guest room.

The Guest Room is very spacious and has two comfortable Full sized beds. The Mermaid art was created by a local artist.

The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen share the gorgeous views from every area. The dining table sits 6 comfortably with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The Living room area has a full sized comfy couch and swivel chairs. You will find the kitchen well stocked with everything you may need for preparing special meals during your stay!

Outside you will find Adirondack chairs under cover to sit and relax looking out over the Bay or watching the kids play on the custom made Cyprus swings. There is a private beach area at the waters edge where you can sunbathe, swim, launch paddle boards or kayaks. Don't forget to bring your hammocks! There are pilings with room enough for three hammocks on the beach area.
After a day of playing in the sun; there is a large outdoor shower with hot water for your convenience.

Enjoy the new private, 400 foot, dock where you can spend the day fishing, have morning coffee and watch the most beautiful sunsets ever! This dock has unique blue lights at night! During the day enjoy the private beach area where you can swim, play, launch paddleboards or kayaks without having to walk through sea grass!

*No Pets Allowed* Signed Rental Agreement is Required along with Driver’s license belonging to renter/occupant. Max occupancy is 6 and is strictly enforced. More than ^ occupants without permission will be considered a breech of the rental agreement which will result in a cancellation of stay with NO REFUND.
