Modernized 3 Bed 2 Bathroom 1 1/2 story centrally located Denton, TX home. We wanted to pay homage to our hometown so the home is finished out with Denton themed decor. Get to UNT, TWU, downtown and Rayzor Ranch all in under 5 minutes. Work in peace while enjoying the view from the upstairs loft. Pull out sofa adds to accommodate up to 8 people. Private backyard with beautiful greenery and two patios. Enjoy lounging by the fire-pit on one and eat dinner on the other. The area is peaceful and convenient!
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of one hall closet.
We hope you have a peaceful stay and no issues arise but are available to help with anything that may come up.
Neighborhood is minutes from downtown, UNT, TWU, and everything on University Dr.
Car is the best way around but is within walking distance to Starbucks, McDonalds and various other places on Univerity Dr.

This is the cutest little house! Super clean and close to plenty of food options and groceries. The hosts were very responsive and offered some awesome recommendations for my family to eat and for entertainment between our competitions.

Perfect Denton vibe!

Nathan’s house is a great place to stay while visiting Denton. Cute, clean, awesome backyard perfect for grilling burgers. Minutes away from all the cool breweries and restaurants, the Square, the universities. Nathan is a perfect host, very responsive to any questions. The house had all we needed for a home away from home (coffee, cooking utensils, toiletries, etc.) It truly did feel like home! Super quiet neighborhood too, lovely to sit outside in the mornings and listen to the birds. This is my new home base when I visit my family in Denton!

Very Comfortable and Convenient

Nathan’s place is very clean and well managed. There’s a big shaded backyard with several nice areas to sit and visit around. it poured while we were there so we didn’t get to try them out, but they all look very inviting. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied. We had left our coffee behind and were so happy to find some in Nathan’s pantry. The location was convenient to everything yet still was quiet and safe. We loved Nathan’s place and appreciate his great hospitality.

Perfect place!

The cute house was larger than we needed and well appointed. Very convenient for visit to TWU. Much better than local hotels. Nathan was a gracious and responsive host, highly recommend!

Denton

The house was older but had all updated appliances, and remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. It was very clean. Within 2 miles of the location are lots of restaurants, shopping, 3 grocery stores, basically anything you might need. The flooring could use some work but that is small stuff. Everything works, it is clean and the bed was comfortable.

Wonderful stay

We loved the home. Everything was clean and smelled good. The owner was awesome in communicating with us and helped when needed something. Would definitely recommend anybody to stay here.

Cozy and very Comfortable

The property was excellent in all aspects. We were quite comfortable and the yard was perfect for making s'mores. It was a perfect place for us to stay to attend our granddaughters wedding in Aubrey, which was a short ride away. We would definitely stay there again.

Super cute house. Great location.

Our stay was perfect. Plenty of room for my husband & I and our two grown sons. House is updated and very clean. Great backyard with sitting areas and nice amount of shade. WiFi signal was strong, TV’s were easy to navigate. Most importantly, the host was very easy to work with and helped me navigate a couple issues I was having with the VRBO app & my email. Definitely recommend this house and we would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Great place!

My small family stayed here for one night for our student’s move in weekend at UNT. It was a great size for 4 of us, updated nicely (the shower in the master bath was so pretty!) and the location was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit him at college. :)

Stay for UNT event

Came to Denton for an event and enjoyed our stay. The house is as described and clean. No issues with the house. Allowed us to check in a little early and the owner was responsive to questions.

Friends’ Trip

We had a rough start — no internet or TV for the first 18 hours — despite the manager sending a new router for us to hook up, and it snowed 8 inches! It finally took the manager’s persistence with the internet provider to restore our service on the second day. Manager did compensate us with a partial refund for the first day, however. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and well stocked, all appliances worked properly, and kitchen had a good variety of useful tools. No bathroom on the second floor for the two guests in the twin beds, but 2 baths on first floor.

Great location, enjoyed the layout and amenities. Problem with cleanliness...whether in shoes, socks or barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were BLACK. Had to scrub pans before using.

Three nights in Denton

The property worked well for our family stay in Denton. The property was very clean and has a large backyard. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet for being such a short drive to the campus. My husband appreciated the large bowl of ice in the freezer upon our arrival.

Great location

The location of the house is great. The house seems to have been remodeled recently but some parts of the floor are loose,easy tripping hazard. The stairs going out both doors are uneven. The mattresses are terrible & ants were on the kitchen counter. All in all, location is good but that’s about it. We will not stay here again.

Great little house!

Stayed here with my big kids (ages 18, 19, and 20) and the bed and room setup was perfect! The house was very clean and welcoming and we enjoyed the backyard fireplace as well.

Clean, Tidy, Comfortable House in Denton

Our family (two parents and three adult children) met up in Denton, and this property was a perfect place for our reunion. The house was super clean, and everything felt new -- not like the worn look some properties have. All the amenities were there, from coffee to toiletries, and the towels and sheets were very nice-- soft and clean. The house was cozy but not too small, and all of us agreed it was much more fun and comfortable than a hotel. We walked to TWU (beautiful campus, very close!) and to the Square several times. Though it's not far, we did have to cross some busy commercial streets. If you do walk to the square, I'd recommend walking to the TWU campus first and then heading toward the square -- it's more scenic and gets you off the street. We appreciate the care the owner put into making our stay so comfortable. We'd definitely stay at this property again!
