Luxurious, relaxing, and tastefully appointed 14th floor 3br 2ba Calypso East Tower Gulf front condo, walking distance to the Pier and Pier Park. INCLUDES free seasonal Beach Service!

Enjoy a vacation that is as relaxing or exciting as you want it to be! Relax after a long day at the beach in the King Master and wash away the salty sand in the en-suite bath with a double vanity and remodeled large walk-in shower.

In the first guest room, you will find a cozy queen size bed and a tv with a Pier Park view! The 2nd guest room has a twin over twin bunk with a tv perfect for kids and teens.

The Gulf View living room provides great space to gather and offers additional sleeping for 2 with a sleeper sofa. The unit comfortably sleeps 8 people. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for all the chefs in your family. Enjoy a meal and family time around the dining table and the extra seating at the eat-in bar.

Sip your beverage of choice on the private balcony which boasts spectacular "Emerald Coast" views of the Gulf and sugar-white sands and unforgettable beach sunsets.

In the heart of Panama City Beach, Calypso Resort features TWO beachfront 23-story towers. The resort includes 2 large beachfront (seasonally heated) pools, surrounded by a patio studded with palm trees, chaises, and tables where you can enjoy a snack or a game of cards while listening to the surf lap onto the sugar-white sands. There’s even a tiki bar in season, so you can enjoy a piña colada after your swim.

Amazing location and condo

The condo was fabulous, very nicely decorated. It was perfect in location and the parking garage/sky walk is an added bonus. We left all our boogie boards, sand buckets and nets for the next family to use as there weren’t any there. Perfect location for Pier Park. We loved it and plan to book the same condo again for next summer.

Beautifully furnished and clean!

My family of 6 stayed here for Spring break 2023. The condo was furnished so well! It was clean and the higher end furnishings were a plus. We had an issue with our garage parking pass and the owner handled it extremely well and fast! We would 100% recommend this unit and would love to return.

Spring Break 2025

Our family stayed in this condo at the Calypso for Spring Break. Condo was great, although I think the couch could use a cleaning or be replaced due to some wear on the cushions. It had all the basics we needed except for a spatula, which I ended up buying and left there. The location was perfect for visiting the pier and walking to Pier Park. Elevators were wonderful, we never waited more than a minute or two. Decor is new and beautiful. Our family really enjoyed our stay and the washer/dryer was a great bonus. We would definatly stay again!

Calypso 1404

We loved our stay at calypso. We stayed during the 4th of July being right beside the pier made for a great easy show. Elevators was fast compared to other places I’ve stayed. Very clean. Our condo was nicer than the pictures listed. Right across the road from shopping and restaurants. I will definitely be back!

Lovely space

Loved the condo, the beds were comfortable! The condo was more modern! The only thing I would ask is to have someone go through the condo and get rid of chipped plates and ruined items like pillows that are stained! Also please get a laundry basket for guests! The tv in the main living space would glitch so it also may need replacement!

Perfect Vacation

This property was perfect. The unit was spotless! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The check in process was so simple. We thought that there weren’t enough towels for all of us. I sent a message to the property management late Saturday night and got an immediate response. They were under the sink! The beach service was a great perk and the men all enjoyed the golf discount. The check out process was the easiest we’ve ever experienced! We were extremely impressed with this place and would recommend it to all our family and friends. Thanks for a great place to stay for our family vacation. Can’t wait to come back next year!!!

First time with family in Panama City

The condo was best in class accommodations. We had our family of five with kids ranging from 19 to 25 + myself and spouse. Very clean, great view, great accommodations. We did have to rent three additional chairs which can be pricey if you want lay down chairs, but we ended up doing it. Also, great added piece is the three beach chairs in the closet of condo laundry room....we used those after 5:00 when they collect the lay down chairs. I highly suggest adding another beach chair to make it four, but that can be through tenants. We would definitely stay and the ice machine on the third floor to fill up coolers was great! It's been 20 years since I was in Panama City.....very good location.

Elevators faster than any condo we stayed in being on 14th floor. Condo had small issues frig a container wasn’t in properly had to set out not enough of anything in kitchen pillows sucked in bedrooms front room furniture dirty from over use. I wish all condos had leather seating so disinfect could be easier. Patio furniture not low enough for elders. Pool and weight room great! Also cheap bands one was broken in our room and then you pay so much for condo let guest keep bands as reminder of vacation.

The owners were very communicative, always kept us up to date on all info, and responded quickly to my questions. We arrived several hours early, and were still able to get into our unit/have our parking passes updated thanks to the owners help. Much appreciated!! Unit was beautifully decorated/updated nicely. We appreciated that there were items on hand that we didn't think to bring such as a boogie board for my son, sea-shell scoopers, etc. Top of the line appliances throughout, and hvac worked amazing in the July heat. Definitely would recommend this unit to others.

A little stingy

There were just a couple of minor details that could be easily addressed. There should be beach towels provided. There were only a few small items provided. So I would ask for a couple more rolls of toilet paper, a box of tissues, a couple of tide pods and a counter/multi spray cleaner (which could even be a easy as vinegar and water). Also, a couple of coffee pods and creamers, sugar would be a nicer welcome. The tv in the living room was not cooperating very well. We traveled by plane and did not have room to bring beach towels nor did we want to go buy all of these extra items just to leave them. And waste our time to go shopping. Our stay was short.
