La cuisine est entièrement équipée et comprend des appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable, un mixeur, un grille-pain, un four grille-pain, un four micro-ondes et un nouveau réfrigérateur côte à côte. De nombreux ustensiles de cuisine, casseroles, poêles et plats sont également inclus. Vous pouvez décider de manger au restaurant ou de savourer un repas fait maison. Love the location of Tropic Winds

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tropic Winds is in the west end which is quiet but close enough to everything. Nice indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, several grills, assigned parking space but the deck is tight so the smaller the vehicle, the easier to get in and out of the deck. Condo was adequately furnished (some items in the kitchen were barely adequate for 2 - 4 teaspoons, 5 mugs with 1 chipped), how important that is depends on the guests. Deck is open to the beach plus the end. Impressive views but stiff wind and fair amount of street noise. The condition of the building was fine - elevator renovation project while we were there; the condition of the unit not quite so good. Missing light bulb, broken lamp, broken cabinet door in one bathroom, paper towels on the floor in a couple of rooms - expected a bit better. Greta’s staff was super great to work with start to finish.

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! It is decorated so beautifully and the balcony view is breathtaking, as well as only being steps to the beach. I highly recommend staying here!

Quick spring break trip

It took me a little time to get used to tv streaming but Riley helped me out and it was great. Riley was helpful in any way we needed him. He is very professional but most of all he is simply a nice guy willing to help in any way. This is the place to stay. Greta’s Beach Rentals makes everything so easy and there are no surprises. I’ll never call anyone else!!!!!

Great Beaches even better food!!!

Property was in a great location, well decorated and very accommodating. Great view of the beach and surroundings, close to many great restaurants (Salty Sues, Mikes oyster bar, Coconuts is a short walk ) Dont forget Pier Park (The Back Porch, Pompano Joes) All great places to eat. Pineapple Willy's is a must get their around or 4 or 4:30 or its a wait same for Sharkys 😁 We had a great time soaking up the sun on yhe beach , playing golf with our daughter (Coconut Creek Golf) best in town Dont forget your ice cream at Hersheys on Thomas Dr good ice cream great service and atmosphere!!!

Much needed Vacation

Condo was absolutely beautiful, we did have two issue but other then that. This is a must see, and will book again. Everyone that works there, extremely nice. View was great and so was the weather. 10/10

We love Florida in the fall!

Beautiful condo, great facilities. This was our second time to stay at Tropic Winds.Last year we stayed eight weeks and this year we were only able to stay six weeks. We love it so much there it is hard to leave. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

August 2022 Stay

Loved the unit. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The large balcony and outdoor seating was awesome. And the staff at Greta's Beach Vacations was great. Very kind and accommodating, especially in that we had to change our dates for our trip due to a death in the family. We appreciate it!

Beautiful home away from hone!

We recently spent a week in this wonderful condo and it could not have been nicer! The unit is beautifully decorated and includes every amenity you need for a comfortable visit. It is near a wide variety of restaurants, shopping and golf courses. The covered parking space was directly across from the elevators. We highly recommend this unit for anyone who is looking for a relaxing, comfortable visit to the beach!

Better than the Pictures!!

If your looking for a place to stay in PCB this is it!! We've rented alot of different condos before but never had one where it was actually better in person than in the pictures, as the pictures are GORGEOUS it still doesn't do this place justice!!! We cant tell you how much fun we had here and truly enjoyed our stay! The beach chairs and boogie board was definitely an extra added bonus, it was nice not having to haul all of ours down there. We are already talking about going back again the end of next summer and will be staying here again! Thanks for your hospitality you guys have a gorgeous place and we cant wait to come back!

Amazing Condo with Stunning View

This corner condo was perfect for our family trip. The unit is immaculate with all the supplies and amenities that will make for a comfortable and fun stay. Located on the corner of Tropic Winds, you get a fantastic view of the gulf as well as the beautiful city of PCB to the east. From the balcony, we watched dolphins playing and stingrays swimming. Renting from Greta's Beach Rentals made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Parking is conveniently located to the elevators. Kids loved the heated indoor/outdoor pool and the beach. This is a first class condo in a well managed complex. We look forward to a return trip in the future.

We had stayed at Tropic Winds before, and enjoyed it immensely. We like the west end because it’s not quite as busy. The condo was beautiful! The end unit is awesome because there is nothing on your left blocking your view. All you see is beautiful, aqua colored water. Amazing! The elevators were quick! Our stay was Memorial Day weekend/week too. The amazing marine life we could see from our condo was breathtaking. EVERYTHING about this vacation to PCB was PERFECT!!
