Condo is in good condition and served our purpose well. I would recommend bringing skillets if you plan on cooking as none of these are very good. There are a few small maintenance things that need fixing but overall it is great.

This property was exactly as pictured and described! It was perfect walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Condo was very nice and clean. Would highly recommend!

This place was great. The location was the best part but the unit itself had everything we needed. The place was clean and decorated very nicely. The mattress for the bottom bunk is pretty worn out and there was a miscommunication where I didn't receive the parking info until I called but other than that everything was perfect and we would love to stay again.

Perfect condo

We came here for a last minute beach trip, we always stay at the calypso, however this room is by far my favorite we’ve stayed in! Updated decor, very clean and well kept! We would def look into staying in this room again!

It is always great to be at the beach. The beach was beautiful. The new ramp they built access to the beach was great. When we finally got to use it. On Thursday. They keep the grounds up well. The condo itself was adequate. It needs to be updated. The decorations were antiquated. The swimsuits on the wall were creepy. Even so. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Condo!

We loved this unit! It was decorated beautifully! The balcony was spacious and the walk to the pool and beach was very minimal! Not crowded even though we were in the week of Spring Break! Very nice area of pier park! We will definitely book this unit again!

Condo was absolutely perfect! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed snd more! There is nothing I would do to improve it!

Great place.

Only things we could recommend would be replacing the master bed mattress, it is caved in and not level. The garbage disposal was not working. Otherwise the property was outstanding and we have no conplaints. Thanks Realjoy for providing a great rental property for our family to vacation in.

Overall was a great experience! The condo is still working out some of the kinks with the new parking system, but this didn't have anything to do with the unit or the owners. The bunk beds were perfect for kids - definitely would be too small for adults. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials and loved the closet full of all our beach needs! Overall, we loved the condo!
