Bien entretenu avec de la qualité partout, aucun paquet de meubles bon marché ici ... Carrelage dans tous les salons et salles à manger, électroménagers en inox. NOUVEAU tout au long de 2016. Nouveaux planchers et douches à l'italienne en 2018.

17e étage, tour ouest .. Superbes vues, pas trop haut, pas trop bas pour être gêné par le bruit de la rue. L'unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 9 personnes. Nos tarifs sont très compétitifs. Personne n'offre une meilleure valeur.

Nous travaillons en partenariat avec un autre propriétaire dans l'immeuble. Nous pouvons gérer de grands groupes.

Nouvelles Smart TV dans le salon et le lit principal. TOUTES LES CHAMBRES ET LES SALONS ONT DES TÉLÉVISEURS. Comcast HD sur tous les téléviseurs avec HBO basique sur le salon.

Calypso Stay

Sparkling clean condo close to everything!

We enjoyed staying here for the weekend. The booking process was easy, check-in was fast and great communication by owner. The location was great and we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony every morning. Great way to watch the airshow!

Lovely Beach Condo

This was our second stay here. And as before it did not disappoint. It’s a lovely coastal condo with a spectacular view of the ocean right on the beach. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners are wonderful hosts and are great communicators. They made our stay worry-free. There are so many amenities and things to do there besides enjoying the beautiful beach and two swimming pools with ocean views. We hope to stay there again in the near future.

Great condo looks exactly like the pictures. The location is the best in PCB. Owners are great and have wonderful communication. Everything you need is in the condo. They also have extra beach chairs, sand toys, and other beach items

Wonderful Condo. Great Location.

My family of five really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was the perfect size for all of us and our boys loved the bunk beds. Very spacious condo and beautifully decorated. Loved the beach chairs that were provided and that there was never an issue waiting for the elevators. Really liked the fact that the resort is just a short walk to Pier Park. We all had a great time and loved the condo, the resort and the location. Can't wait to get back!

Great Weekend Getaway

We stayed for the long Labor Day weekend. Condo was as listed. Great views with current furnishing that were comfortable to all 4 adult guests. Plenty of room for additional guests to our party for our next visit, which we will use this property again. Loved having the 2 chairs/umbrella as part of our stay too. We brought our own beach items, but there were items in the condo for use as well (we know now what we don't need to bring). Highly recommend this property!

Rental was so easy, checking in and out was flawless and the condo was excellent in location, cleanness, and having everything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable. Mitzi and Mike was concerned about everything being just right and that goes a long way. Highly recommend rental at their VRBO.

Wonderful property. Very clean and absolutely phenomenal views of the gulf from the balcony. Property has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Owners are very responsive and even volunteered to let us get into the condo a couple of hours early since it was ready. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect location

Perfectly situated and nicely appointed condo. Loved that they had beach toys and extra chairs for the kiddos. We enjoyed going down to the main level across the street to the Emerald Hub for breakfast grab n go food! Perfect location to Pier park and can even watch older kids from balcony since it’s beach front. Staff keep the grounds very clean and are constantly sweeping and mopping the grounds. Check in code was smooth and easy to get in early for us since it was not a super busy timeframe. Will definitely come back to this same property next time!! Wonderful condo and layout/amenities!! Thank you!

Wonderful Getaway!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was lovely and exactly as described. The water was clear, and there were plenty of things to try locally for some off the beach activities when needed. This was my Mother-in-law's first ever trip to the beach. She is disabled and the umbrella/chair folks right outside the condo were so kind and gave her rides to her chair since navigating the sand was difficult. We appreciated that so much. Our family would not hesitate to return in the future!

We are from Hendersonville, Tennessee. We have three boys and love going to the beach. This is a dream second home for us, and we enjoy sharing this with great folks that share our passion for the beach.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is our second home, we stay here, we keep this unit in new condition PERSONALLY!! You will not get some cheap furniture package from 2006 here. Almost every piece of furniture has been replaced in the last two years. We just put down new tile flooring throughout and installed two walk in showers in January 2018. The floors are tiled, appliances upgraded, tv's all are HD with the living rooming having HBO basic (no demand), we just got new pillows, sheets, towels for 2018 NO UNIT WILL BE NICER at any price. We replaced the Master and 2nd bedroom furniture in November 2016. New TV in Living room and Master bed room in October 2016. The interior photos were just taken in January 2018.
