Kapalua Bay Villa 29G5 is a newly remodeled 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo. The lanai is the perfect spot to sit back with your eyes closed to feel the breeze and listen to the waves. Leave all your worries and cares behind! Step inside to enjoy the bright and airy main living area. Hawaiian inspired decor and furnishings throughout the villa provide an elegant yet laid back feel to help you relax and enjoy your Maui vacation. Central AC will help keep things cool after a day in the sun.

The beautifully updated kitchen features upgraded designer appliances, built-in wall Thermador refrigerator, wine refrigerator, and luxury stone countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked complete with blender, toaster, mixer, waffle maker, Keurig coffee maker, food processor, and more. It's the perfect space to cook all your meals if you don't want to eat out... But if you do, we recommend The Sea House and Merriman's which are a 10-15 minute walk away!

The serene and tranquil bedroom features a King size bed and its own flat screen TV. You'll love the chairs to sit in where you can savor a morning coffee or evening mai tai while enjoying views of the ocean from the comfort of your bedroom. The master bathroom is beautifully updated as well featuring dual sinks and a very large and luxurious glass surrounded walk in shower. Additional guests can enjoy the Queen size pullout sleeper sofa and easy access to a half bath in the main living area. This villa can accommodate up to 4 guests very comfortably.

The Bay Villas are located in the heart of world-class Kapalua with close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Honolua Bay and more! Enjoy many wonderful restaurants and prestigious golf courses just steps from the villa. This property features four swimming pools, and recreation and barbecue areas. Kapalua offers a free shuttle service anywhere within Kapalua to all Kapalua guests. There is plenty of free parking and there are no additional daily resort fees at this resort. There are also great trails to explore; all within walking distance you can enjoy the Kapalua Coastal Hiking Trail and the Mahana Ridge Hiking trail. Please note this resort has no elevators.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.
