Cette villa sur la baie de Kapalua face à l'océan est nouvelle dans notre inventaire et a été entièrement refaite en septembre 2014. Tout nouveau tout, y compris des armoires personnalisées, du granit, des planchers et des meubles améliorés. Cette toute nouvelle copropriété au rez-de-chaussée face à l'océan a un accès très facile à la plage. Spacieuse véranda et pelouse. Internet sans fil, appels interurbains illimités gratuits vers les États-Unis et le Canada et climatisation centrale. La literie est 1 canapé-lit King et Queen. 1006 sq ft 4 nuits minimum. Il y a 170 $. 00 frais de nettoyage. Le service de femme de chambre quotidien est un supplément. 14. Taxes d'État de 42% ajoutées à tous les tarifs. GET / TAT # W88406631-01

More pool front than ocea front

Everything went well. Condo is spacious and comfortable, tho some furniture is a little worn. View is a swimming pool and past that the ocean. A little disappointing. Condo was spotlessly clean.

Slightly Dissappointed

The air conditioning did not work in bedroom. Hottest room in the house and has to run floor and ceiling fans all night. The blinds are see through at night when lights are on inside. People can see right into the bedroom and ensuite when we were getting ready to sleep. Upon arrival, no dish soap, no corkscrew and 2 cockroaches running around. For the cost, Quam Properties Management should do better.

We confirmed with the reservation prior to your stay that the A/C was working, and now believe it may have gone out upon your arrival. Amazing trip! Amazing stay! We had the best time! My husband & I were back in Maui to celebrate our 11th anniversary. We were married in Kapalua & have not been back until now! Our condo was the perfect place to stay! Very clean & well stocked with most supplies that you might need. The property was very quiet & the most amazing views! Truly paradise!

Gorgeous Getaway

The property was amazing and we didn’t want to go anywhere else. The area is secluded and quiet. The Oneloa Bay was just steps away. You have options to go to other nearby beaches which are also walkable via the trail along the coast. The view from the villa was the best! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location, walking distance to two beaches and a quiet area

The property was exactly as advertised. One b beach is more for boogie boarding and sitting out while the other is a bit more out of the wind and great for snorkeling. Gate controlled entry and very clean and quiet area. We had one minor issue they resolved on a Sunday for us, couldn't ask for better!

Fabulous stay in up-country!

We loved our stay in Marianne’s up-country home! Such a different and fabulous Maui experience from the typical resort or condo stay on the beach. The house was fabulous - super clean, well stocked and spacious. Then there’s the view from the patio - worth staying at the house for by itself! We highly recommend staying here for at least part of any vacation to Maui. We are so glad we did. Our two children loved it as well. The views, wide open spaces, access to other areas of Maui that are off the beaten path. We have already recommended the house to friends who are planning a trip later this year. Thanks, Marianne!

Loved every second of this stay

Every aspect of this location was excellent. The location, the views, the spacious condo, the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were beautiful. Every morning, my wife and I would make breakfast and eat on the patio, then we would go for a walk along the edge to super close beaches near by. Parking was easy and the overall community felt like paradise within paradise. Loved it!

We loved everything about our beautifully decorated and perfectly located condo. Beautifully furnished and extremely well stocked to enjoy dining in, using the pool, or going to the beach. It was impeccably clean, very accessible and a great location with spectacular views!
