Fun-filled beach days await at this stylish 3BR/2BA condo at the Carolina Bay Condominiums! Enjoy stunning views of the Intercoastal Waterway from your private balcony. Walk 9 minutes to the ocean, or relax by the shared pool. Highlights include modern décor and new appliances.

A plethora of restaurants, shops, and local attractions are within an easy 1.5-mile radius.

LIVING AREA

After a day by the waves, unwind in the light and airy living area, furnished with a plush sofa. Watch a new movie on the 50 cable TV. Turn on the custom glass bead bed fireplace with a flick of a switch.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will appreciate the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six.

BED & BATH

This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests over three bedrooms.

Rest easy in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 60 cable TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity, garden-style soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and 42 cable TV. The third bedroom features two twin beds and a 42 cable TV.

The second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Sip morning coffee on the balcony, outfitted with seating for six.

Soak up the sun by the unheated on-site pool (6 deep), open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a DVD player, washer/dryer, and unreserved parking for two cars in the outdoor lot is provided.

This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available.

Please note the boat dock is not available for guest use.

Fantastic holiday stay

Bright and spacious property. Living room and open kitchen was the perfect gathering space for our family over the Thanksgiving weekend. Six of us and this unit accommodated all of us perfectly. Bedrooms were spacious as was the deck. Exactly what we were hoping for and it did not disappoint. Super clean, well stocked kitchen, and all the amenities you could need. Highly recommend “Sitting on the dock of the bay.”

Peaceful Stat

This was the first time we have stayed in Carolina Beach. The home was very spacious and clean. Wonderful views from the balcony of the Bay. You have everything anyone needs while on vacation to cook with or to just relax and watch the sunrise. The grounds and pool were well kept for us to enjoy afternoon walks by the boats. It was only about a ten minute walk to the beach. Plenty of entertainment and restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Great Condo in a Fantastic Location.

The condo was lovely, and perfectly located for all Carolina Beach has to offer. Beaches were a few minutes walk and Canal Rd leads all the way to Freeman Park where you can take a 4 wheel drive if that is your thing. The complex is very close to all attractions and is within a few minutes walk of some great restaurants. It has a lovely pool that was rarely used. A perfect place to relax. Beware the cost of beach parking - Drop off at one of the many access points or bring a cart and walk or it’s $30 a day. Freeman Park is $50 to bring a car for the day. We spent two very pleasant weeks here and would recommend to any person thinking of visiting the beach.

Nice, clean and roomy apartment/condo

Accommodation was very good, as described - clean, roomy, well appointed. 3 good sized bedrooms and a large living room. The living room seemed almost too large and having only 1 sofa made the room less cozy. Another sofa, and a pop up toaster for the kitchen, would have helped, but overall a very nice, recommended place. Location was pretty much as described although the stated 10 minutes to the beach seemed longer, especially when loaded up with gear.

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect, close by to grocery stores/ restaurants but far enough from the boardwalk and crowds, the unit was spacious/clean, we would definitely stay again.

The condo was beautiful and centrally located to all surrounding attractions. My only issue was that the front door keypad kept malfunctioning even though management changed the code several times, but overall great vacation!

Great Stay. Perfect Spot

Came with wife, two kids, and mother-in-law. Just a tremendous place that has access to all kinds of activities and food. Plenty of beach parking at a decent rate. Not overcrowded beaches like Jersey. The condo has a large living room and bedrooms. Plenty of space to hang if it’s too hot or rainy outside. Pool was right there for use and my son loved it. Great to sit on the deck in early morning with a coffee and watch pelicans, terns, gulls, and gulls fly over the marina!

Loved it!!

The only problem we had was the storm Elsa that knocked out the wi-fi for three days (did not get it fixed before we left, although they tried), but the power never went out so we were ok. The walk to the beach is short, although you can`t see it from the condo. Our only suggestion would be a new mattress in the master. Otherwise, we enjoyed it very much. Nice place convenient to shopping, restaurants, beach

We had a nice stay. The condo is spacious and conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, and the beach but is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and had all the items we needed but like other rentals I've stayed in, there was some wear and tear like stained carpet in the bedrooms and a broken dryer. Overall, we liked the property, enjoyed our stay, and it met my family's needs. Our interactions with the property management company were good. We did encounter an issue during our stay and they were quick to take action.

Racist Neighbors

The condo was AMAZING! The customer service was great! However through no control of your own we would never go back. My black husband was racially profiled while on vacation getting ready to go fishing. The HOA approached him because a condo owner said “ a black man that doesn’t belong here is outside, and it’s not safe”. She literally said it’s because he’s black. We spend way too much on Air BNB rentals for racism we can get for free at home. The people that live there don’t want black people renting there. You should be aware of this. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
