Situé sur un coin de rue et à seulement 6 minutes de marche de l'océan! Belle maison de vacances 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain à Carolina Beach. Entièrement meublé. Beaucoup d'espace extérieur avec 2 ponts spacieux et une promenade de la veuve. Décoré avec goût avec un sol en bambou dans tout l'espace de vie et la cuisine. La cuisine a des appareils en acier inoxydable. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain. La chambre principale a accès à sa propre terrasse privée. Salle de bain principale a une promenade dans la douche. Beaucoup de stationnement sur le site. Douche extérieure nouvellement construite avec de l'eau chaude et froide! Il y a un espace de rangement extérieur rempli d'articles pour la famille; cornhole set, chaises de plage, serviettes de plage, parasol, boogie boards et jouets de plage pour les enfants. Nice little escape!

This was a nice little get away for me and a couple girlfriends. Neighborhood was safe. Property was clean. We did rent a golf cart for easier trip to the beach and back since it is a couple blocks back. Would stay again!

Super comfy!

The rental was very comfortable. It felt like home at the beach. There was an issue with the hot water heater but the property mamager solved it right away! Highly recommend for a family of 4 with children.

Really nice condo

We had a amazing time in Carolina Beach. There was an issue with laundry when we arrived but then housekeeping came and fixed everything up. If we come back, I'd like to stay here again. The Management Company was very responsive and very nice.

we enjoyed our stay was a little disappointed that there was false advertising on the page with it showing a welcome bottle of wine , also the outside water hose didnt work very well to spray sand off the knob to turn on very dangerous broke rusty not safe if youve not had a tetanus shot .

Great place.

This place had everything you needed . Each bedroom had a bath . Linens provided. Lots of little things provided. Toilet paper , paper towels, coffee filters ect. All the beach chairs , boogie board, umbrellas all there. Beach was fantastic.

Spent Feb. and March at this condo. It was very clean and nice. The linens were wonderful. All the beds were comfortable. It is a short walk to the ocean and the Greenway is close by. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Family Wedding

The property was great for us (4 adults). Near the wedding venue and other events. Thanks so much to Garrett Adams and Coastal Carolina Properties for finding us this property on very short notice. Carolina Beach

The house was very clean and comfortable. It is well equipped. We really enjoyed having the beach chairs and other beach equipment available. The beach is an easy walk. The house is also conveniently located to the boardwalk and the NC Aquarium. We had a very nice stay.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay! The layout of the house was nice with a separate bathroom for each bedroom. The walk to the beach was not too bad, and we were grateful for all the beach items that were available to borrow. When arriving at the beach, that particular area wasn't as busy as those closer to the boardwalk, so that was nice as well. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable, and had pretty much anything you could need. The outdoor shower was great as to not track the beach back in with us. We would definitely stay here again!

Better than expected

The three of us are college friends that I’ve been maintaining a long distance friendship and finally got to see each other after the pandemic. This was the perfect place to do so. There was plenty of space, lots of resources and supplies. It was beautiful and well-kept the kitchen was full and we were able to cook a lot of our own meals which we liked, and the walk to the beach was easy, and parking plentiful. I honestly have no negative things to say - the only suggestion that I would have is to let people know if they want to utilize smart devices or cast or some thing that they need to bring an HDMI cable but we’re older ladies and we’re happy with cable. Thank you for having us in your home and we will definitely be back.

Staying for a beach wedding

We had a fantastic stay here. It was cleanly, looked just like it was depicted in the photos, and it’s a safe location. I would say the beach is a little further than a 6 minute walk, but other than that it is a great location.

Nice house

Nice house, but could have been cleaner. The freezer and refrigerator were definitely not cleaned prior to our check in. Kitchen was well equipped, but wish there were more than one trash bag provided for a weekend stay. The main living room space was small for 6 adults. The sleeping accommodations were perfect and love that every room had a bathroom accessible. I will say the walk to the beach was more than 5 minutes, but still a good location. It is advertised that you have a beach umbrella, but we couldn’t find one. Also, the amount of cleaning required for check out is far more than most. The cleaning fee we pay should cover most of what we had to do. Overall we had a good time! Thanks

Loved It!!

We had such a wonderful vacation. The property was exactly as described. There was plenty of room for 6 people. It was close to the boardwalk and piers. With 3 baths there was no fighting or waiting for a bathroom. The only suggestion we have is more linens. I paid the linen fee and we had sheets for the beds and one set of towels for each of us. We ended up having to wash the towel sets every day. We went fishing every night and came in smelling fishy at night. After taking a shower in the morning and using the towel and especially washcloth then we had to use the same set at night. We decided that 2 sets per person would have worked better for us. Not sure if you could offer larger packages or next time we will bring extras from home. But overall it could not have been much better. No one wanted to leave yesterday. Thanks for sharing your house!!

Great location and beautiful home!

Everything was made easy and love the little touches and extra items they had for our stay. The only thing I would change is offering to be able to get this early or stay longer if place is available. We really wanted extra time 10 am check out is early. We all can from out of town , got there at 1 but was told they don’t offer early checkin.
