The condo was great for our family! On the beach with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was well-appointed and the beds were comfy. The tiki bar and snack shop on-site were convenient and fun! The only drawback was only one parking spot when we had 3 cars. But we managed. Would stay here again for sure!

The condo was gorgeous! Very clean. We had a wonderful time. I had no trouble communicating with the rental agency. We had some trouble with the front door code lock as sometimes it could take 4-5 tries before the door would let us in. At first i didnt mind only one towel set per person. But it got to be a pain washing multiple loads a day. The dryer took over 80 minutes to dry each load even after cleaning the lint trays. The fact that they charge for parking is unfortunate because it was almost 5000 to stay for 5 nights.

This property was excellent and probably the best VRBO type property we have stayed at. The unit looked like it had been renovated last week and was very clean and modern with updated appliances and fixtures. Nice views and bedrooms for three couples with 3 baths. Our host was very responsive to our inquiries. I strongly recommend this property for a group if 6 to 8 visitors.

The unit is beautiful and was the perfect size for our party of 6. We arrived to a nice clean unit and pretty accurate to the pictures. The only difference was the queen room did not have a tv which was shown in the pictures; however, This is not something that ruined our trip. Having balcony access from every bedroom was very nice. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. I’m not sure if the same parking spot is always associated with this unit but the parking was perfect especially for my mom who has back pain. The building has some flaws which is no fault of the owner of this unit. I don’t believe there are enough elevators for the amount of floors there are and the stairs are located next to the garbage shoots so they smell terrible and make it unbearable to use. You have to wait awhile for an elevator if you are leaving at check out/check in times but again not something that ruined our trip. Having a pool and beach right outside was the best. The beach bar was great. The food was better than I thought it would be. The pool was clean. We couldn’t go to the beach much because there were too many jellyfish and sea lice but my kids enjoyed being at the pool. I thought the location was great even being far from the boardwalk. There are plenty of things to do nearby. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for making our vacation amazing!

Great condo. As advertised. We were there for cruising week end. Ideal location. Loved 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Indoor pool was great for two grandchildren (9 and 11). Good space and places to sit in living room. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion would be to make clearer the “color” code for linens. Hard to determine “color” for different size sheets. The narrow string faded some that indicates color. Some me sheets had tags saying double, queen etc so was able to use that. I’m

The 4th floor was great so we could take the stairs for exercise, we have stayed here 20 years ago(Golden Sands) when our children were young and thought a bit of nostalga would be nice this year and stay agian.

Perfect beach getaway

Family summer beach trip. Lots of space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Easy check in and check out. Loved being so close to the beach, having two pools to pick from and the bar/restaurant was perfect for lunch breaks. Location is excellent as well, lots of great restaurants a short drive away. Great trip!

Perfect location

Although we were busy and on the go the entire time for a cheer competition we truly enjoyed our downtime… perfect location from the convention center and all restaurants.. check in staff were phenomenal and super sweet so if available we will definitely be renting again next season 😍
