This has been our families place at the beach for many years and has undergoing major renovations in 2024 this Condo features new LVP and tile flooring, fresh paint throughout, new light fixtures, all new furnishings, new Beds, Free Wi-Fi, 4 TVâs (2 smart), and Private Washer and Dryer.
The Sea Watch is one of the largest Condominium Buildings in Ocean City, and its Amenities are unrivaled. With 2 Swimming Pools (1 in and 1 out), 3 Tennis Courts, a Basketball Court, a Game Room, a Playground, Fitness Center, and its own Movie Theatre....that's right, a Movie Theatre - there is NO better place to be in OCMD! Sea Watch Guests may enjoy free movies with only one catch - bring your own popcorn! And for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Primary Bath features a Tile Shower and vanity. Bedroom 2 has another cozy Queen Bed, plenty of storage and a TV with direct tv. The second bathroom has a jetted tub and shower along with vanity. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and TV with direct tv.
You will also love the location of The Sea Watch Condos with easy access to everything! Don't feel like cooking on Vacation? No worries, simply stroll to one of many nearby Restaurants including The Green Turtle, Pizza Tugos, and more! And with Gold Coast Mall just across the highway, grabbing your groceries at Food Lion or a warm donuts at fractured prune is super convenient.
