This Chattanooga home is located in the North Brainerd area within a quiet established
neighborhood. The house was built in 1950 and has been tastefully designed to include all of the modern conveniences you’d expect while on vacation.

Upon arriving you have the option to park on the street or park in the driveway under the carport. You'll enter the property by walking up a couple of small stairs to the front patio, then you'll enter your unique smart lock code on the front door touchpad to enter the house. Ring cameras are installed at all entrances and face outside only. Once you enter the home you'll notice the open layout of the dining and kitchen areas. Each bedroom has a new Zinus mattress and its own dresser and standing fan. There's plenty of room for you and your guests to play board games, watch TV, cook a meal, or socialize. The dining room comfortably seats 4 adults and the kitchen is fully stocked. The house was tastefully decorated with mid-century furniture and eclectic art to enhance the character of the home.

If you prefer the indoors we provide several board games in the dining room cabinet for your enjoyment or stream a movie with HBO Max.
