Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75 a night or $350 per week. Please notify manager at least 72 hours in advance of desire to heat pool.
Must be 25 years of age to rent home.

Only registered guests are allowed at the home without prior consent of management.

NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! Any loud of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We welcome our guests to have fun and enjoy the home but you must always be respectful of the neighbors.

Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly which is Scottsdale City Ordinance

If traveling with children 6 years of age and under please notify Management so we can provide a pool safety notice.
