Scottsdale Gem - Winter Retreat just steps away from TPC Scottsdale!

Welcome to Paradise; Your home away from home in this Scottsdale Gem! This beautiful spacious home includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There are two separate, roomy living areas on the first floor. One is right off the kitchen where you can cozy up on the large sectional to watch the game or your favorite movie on the big screen smart TV. The other living area includes a large dining table with ample seating and a comfy couch and love seat for additional room to gather (or sleep). The first floor also includes a bedroom and bath allowing for a bit of privacy on the main floor.
The expansive master bedroom is located upstairs and includes a sizeable balcony where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee. There are two additional bedrooms and a separate full bath that offer ample space for extra guests.
The spacious backyard is your personal oasis that boasts a heated* saltwater pool, full-size hot tub, firepit, gas grill, dining area on the covered patio, citrus trees for fresh lemons and oranges, yard games, and plenty of seating to just lounge around and soak up some sun. The home is equipped with exterior blink cameras and a sensor on the sliding door for additional peace of mind during your stay.
This beautiful paradise is close to everything! When you're ready to head out, there are multiple shopping locations, premiere golf courses, breathtaking hiking trails, and an abundance of fabulous restaurants and bars. Whether you are here for a family/friends getaway, shopping spree, golf outing, or hiking trip, this is the definitely the place for you! This beautiful paradise combines a comfy home away from home feeling with the ideal location for everything!

*Please note there is a daily fee of $75/day to heat the pool. Owner requires notice seven days prior to arrival. VERY IMPORTANT: Our home does not have a lifeguard or a pool fence. Swim at your own risk. Please do not leave children unattended. We have provided an alarm at the back patio door leading to the pool as well as additional security locks. Please be sure to use.

Maximum capacity not to exceed 10 adults. Absolutely NO large gatherings are allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and comply with the Scottsdale noise ordinance which is enforced between 10pm and 7am. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! The backyard was incredible — it had everything you could possibly need for relaxing or entertaining. The location was super convenient to everything, whether you wanted to go hiking, shopping, or out for a great meal. The house itself was spotless and very well maintained. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place.!Everything was as described. Easy check in, great communication , beautiful views, easy access, a beautiful and clean home and Sedona is a paradise. Great Scottsdale Geteway

This house was perfect! Had the pool and putting green to keep the kids busy while at the house. As well as the location was close to most everything we wanted to do. It was clean represented just like it is on the website. I would stay here again for sure!

The most PERFECT house!

This house is gorgeous & has everything you need to never want to leave. We LOVED the backyard heated pool, hot tub, putting green & fire pit. The inside is just as nice with well-laid-out rooms & bathrooms & tons of amenities including coffee & toiletries. Chris is a dream to work with & made our entire stay so enjoyable!

Exceptional Golf Getaway

I had the pleasure staying at the “Scottsdale Gem” for an impromptu golf trip with a few friends from college. We had a fantastic stay at the rental property! The putting green, cornhole, and the amazing pool, added so much fun to the experience. It truly exceeded my expectations, making it a memorable getaway. Highly recommend!

Waste Management Golf Trip

This house is great location for attending Waste Management PGA golf event. Great location for dining & entertainment options in North Scottsdale. House was as advertised and especially enjoyed backyard area with putting green, pool, hot tub, dining table and TV. Would book again!

Wonderful house

Perfect location to Kierland restaurants & golf. We enjoyed the quiet backyard , warm heated pool and hot tub in the evening. The house is well stocked with all the paper products, soap, daily supplies you need. We ordered grocery delivery to the door which is handy, but store is just a block away. Kitchen has everything you need well laid out. We had a great stay!

Wonderful!

Exceeded expectations. The backyard with all the amenities was just perfect for entire family. We opted to spend more time than originally planned at the house because it was so enjoyable and relaxing. Clean, well organized and great location. Property owner is easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions. Definitely hope to come back!

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect. The home was spotless and impeccably maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. Its location couldn’t have been better—everything we wanted to see and do was just a short distance away, making our trip both convenient and enjoyable. What truly set this experience apart was the host’s professionalism and attention to detail. They were communicative, helpful, and clearly dedicated to ensuring their guests have a seamless stay. This is by far one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. Looking forward to returning!

Arizona Baseball Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at the Scottsdale Gem. The house was perfectly appointed, and the yard, pool, and putting green amenities were a hit with everyone. We were impressed by how clean and organized the home was. It added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Kudos to the hosts for maintaining such a pristine property. The location was premium, with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend staying here when visiting beautiful sunny Arizona!

Nice and clean home in a great location

This is a nice home in a great location. We took advantage of golfing and hiking nearby, with an even closer grocery store. We were really able to maximize our stay by golfing/hiking and then enjoying the rest of the day at the house. Thankfully the kitchen was fully stocked, so we were able to make some nice meals. We really enjoyed the cornhole set and the hot tub in the backyard. Awesome backyard setup overall. The owner was responsive and we were able to check in easily. If I'm back in Scottsdale, I'll certainly see if this place is available. Thanks for the great stay!

5-Star Property lives up to its name - "Scottsdale Gem"

Giving this beautiful, immaculate home a five star review was the easiest thing I've done in a while from start to finish. Not only was this property beautiful and immaculate, it had all the amenities of home while on vacation. The property was ready the moment we arrived. It truly felt like a mini resort. Perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, golf, and much more. We did not want to leave. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much, we have already re-booked this property numerous times in 2023. I highly recommend this "Scottsdale Gem" to anyone traveling to Arizona anytime of the year!!

Beautiful property in a great location !

The house and amenities were as described. The house is in a beautiful area that is close to restaurants, shopping, etc. We were in town to watch Spring Training baseball and found the location was perfect for easy access to the major roads to get us to all the venues. The house was well furnished - especially the kitchen. There were instructions where needed making it easy to operate everything. The backyard with pool and hot tub was great for relaxing during the day and perfect for the evening happy hour !! Most importantly, Chris was always available to answer questions. She also checked in once or twice just to see how things were going. It was very much appreciated. Highly recommend this property for your next visit to the Valley of the Sun !

Fabulous Spot

We had a mini college reunion and enjoyed this home tremendously. There were four of us, and the house had plenty of room inside and outside. We used the mini golf green, the pool and the hot tub. The host was very responsive and accommodating. All in all a great place in a great location.

House was exactly as presented. Nicely decorated and clean. The backyard was great. Host was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. Location was very convenient to major shops, golf courses, etc. Everyone was very happy with the selection and we would definitely go back!
