Family Vacation

Absolutely loved this property! So clean and is in a really nice neighborhood. My kids loved the pool and we had everything we needed. This location is also close to everything! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful home, beautiful yard.

Beautiful property, immaculately clean, spacious, very comfortable, loved the neighborhood. Highlight was definitely the lemon and orange trees covered with fruit and flowers.

This house was wonderful for my adult family members. There was lots of room for all of us. Especially enjoyed the large kitchen and outdoor space.

Relaxing

We stay at a VRBO at least once a year. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. We rented this place for the backyard privacy. We watched college and pro football from the pool….which was perfect. The outdoor TV can be watched from the pool or hot tub. It is in a nice neighborhood and the backyard gives you all the quiet time you need. The house has a well stocked kitchen if you need to cook any meals. Overall it is a very nice house in a nice neighborhood. We would rented again if we are in the Scottsdale area.

Great home and location

Wonderful home and area. We stayed at this property for 10 days during the Christmas holiday. It was like stepping into a winter wonderland. The entire subdivision was decorated for Christmas.Our visit was for medical reasons and the proximity to the Mayo Clinc can’t be beat. Very well appointed home with all the necessary essentials and then some. The outdoor area is amazing and being able to relax outside was wonderful. I would stay at this property agin without second thought.

Very clean, well maintained, comfortable home with beautiful pool

We stayed here with our 4 kids, ages 5, 5, 8 and 10. We loved that the pool can be heated quite warm, and spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub. We also loved the pool table. Kids loved the bunk beds. We walked down the street to a playground 2x. We would happily stay here again.

Friend reunion

The house was beautiful! Exactly like the photos. We surprisingly spent more time in the house than normal because of the above 105’ temps. But the house was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was so clean and cared for so well. Definitely would rent again!

Amazing Scottsdale Property!

Just spend a week at this Scottsdale property. There were 6 adults and this property was amazing. No issues with space or getting in each others way. The property itself is even better than the pictures on the website. The bedrooms were large and the beds extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed. Didn’t miss a thing! Pool table and ping pong table were great when we wanted to come indoors along with a vast amount of board and card games. Outside the pool and spa were fantastic. Lots of seating around the yard. Too hot this week to use the fire pit but I’m sure during winter months it would be perfect. There is also a large tv outside that we spend time watching while lounging in the pool. Couldn’t miss the golf… The area the house is in is perfect. About 1/2 hour from the airport, less than 10 minutes to shopping and so many restaurants. Old town is another 20 minutes away and a great way to pass and evening or a day shopping. TPC Scottsdale golf courses were only a 10 minute drive along with so many other courses. Bart was also great in providing information before our trip and checking up on us once we had been there for a day. Overall just amazing!! We all would recommend Bart’s property and we’ll be returning on our next trip.

Lovely house - as described!!

We very much enjoyed the Charleston House ! It was very clean and had zero issues. Looked even nicer in person than on line. Outdoor space was a gem ! We were out there any time we were home. Great neighborhood and close to all the places we needed to be in town.

An Oasis

This is a fantastic vacation home! We enjoyed the lovely & quiet neighborhood. The home is clean & very spacious. It has luxury appliances, gorgeous kitchen & baths, beautiful light fixtures & fun decor. We're grateful for the garage parking. We loved the wall of trees in back! We'd love to stay again.

North Scottsdale Home

Perfect for anyone seeking privacy & comfort! We stayed four nights and the house met all of our needs for a short getaway to Phoenix. We were happy the photos were exactly as pictured. We definitely plan to rent again in the future.

We had a great time! The property and neighborhood felt very safe (which was a high priority for us). It’s as beautiful and clean as it looks in the photos. Host was very responsive and helpful with questions and requests.

Amazing property, would recommend and our kids are already asking when we get to visit again!!! Pool and hot tub were clean and house and property were spotless, instructions for all of the house items were clear and easy to follow.

**Pool can be heated optionally for an additional $75 per day or $300 per week. Must request with manager at least 48 hours in advance to insure pool is at temp when you arrive**
