This mid-century modern Meiselman-built home will be your new airy desert oasis. The stylish home is located within the historic Racquet Club Estates. This highly desirable neighborhood is one of Palm Spring's most historic, vibrant, luxurious, and authentic neighborhoods.
This luxurious corner home, which means more privacy and less neighbors features an outdoor shower, perfect for a refreshing break. You will have multiple views throughout the house with iconic desert mountains views.
During your stay, you can text or email the property manager. Contact information will be provided after booking.
The stylish home is located within the highly desirable and vibrant historic Racquet Club Estates neighborhood. It is in close proximity to downtown Palm Springs (bikes available for usage), a recreational park, Margaritaville Hotel (if you want some cocktails), and Albertsonâs.
You will have full access to the home in order to enjoy the full Palm Springs experience. Please treat it as your own.
There are 2 bikes available for your personal use to ride around the neighborhood/downtown and explore all the exciting things Palm Springs has to offer!
**Optional pool heating can be requested for an additional $95/day. This fee can be requested after booking or during your stay.
Check in 3PM and check out 10AM. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
Larger than MOST 3 bedroom homes in Palm Springs, this 2000 sq ft. 3 BR/2 BA home is newly remodeled, with brand new and well-appointed furnishings throughout the whole house. Upon entering the home, you will be met with a bright and airy open living / dining room area. The home also has a recreational room that includes a brand new pool table, classic family games, and a separate entertainment room which includes a long pub table behind a lounge couch for your TV viewing or working pleasures. With multiple separate rooms (THREE to be exact) throughout the house, this home is ideal for guests who also crave personal space when needed. The newly remodeled galley kitchen (size & style remains authentic to the Meiselman architectural design) is fully stocked with updated appliances and kitchenware to make your stay convenient and comfortable.
This home has multiple entrances to the backyard, giving our guests personal space and allowing them to enter the spacious yard at their leisure. Lastly, the front and back yard has been fully redesigned, with all the mid century vibes in mind; including a newly built outdoor shower for an after-or-before a dip in the pool. A contemporary outdoor fire pit will offer our guests warmth and calmness at dusk, while watching the sun set.
