The 4bdr/3ba is located on a sun drenched hillside overlooking Ross Valley and Mount Tam. The house is fully equipped to satisfy traveling families with kids, extended family or couples, with indoor-outdoor living, huge decks with lounge areas, play spaces for the kids and training equipment for adults.

Upstairs: Fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking large meals. Living room with wood-burning fireplace and TV. Attached dining room and retractable glass wall opening up to a huge deck with lounge area and propane BBQ. Bedroom with new King size bed with Memory-Foam mattress plus an attached bathroom with shower.

Entry level: Two children's bedrooms with two twin size beds in each (one is expandable). Bathroom with bathtub. Two-car garage with washer/dryer. Two cars fit on the driveway.

Downstairs: Bedroom with new Tempur-Pedic Queen bed with french doors opening up to the huge deck. Family room with Full size Sofa-bed, 2nd TV and bathroom with shower.

We welcome children any age and there are plenty of toys and a new Pack-N-Play crib is available.

The whole house, driveway and decks. Not suitable for parties. Please keep noise level down after 9pm. Parking is limited to two cars.
