L’appartement, d'environ 70 mÂČ, est situĂ© en plein centre historique de Florence, sur la Place San Marco, une des plus belles places historiques de la ville. SituĂ© au 5 ° Ă©tage (sans ascenseur) d'un palais historique du 18e siĂšcle, il a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement restaurĂ© au cours de l'annĂ©e 2002. GrĂące Ă  son emplacement, l'appartement est trĂšs calme. Profitez de la magnifique vue sur la ville et sur ses monuments depuis le balcon et toutes les fenĂȘtres. La cuisine (rĂ©frigĂ©rateur/freezer, machine Ă  laver, lave-vaisselle, four, cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz) donne sur un grand balcon sur lequel vous pouvez prendre votre petit-dĂ©jeuner tout en admirant la Basilique Saint Marc et les collines de Fiesole. L’appartement a aussi un grand salon/salle Ă  manger avec tĂ©lĂ©vision, de 2 chambres (avec une vue unique sur la CathĂ©drale de Florence) et d’une grande salle de bains moderne avec douche. Vous pouvez dĂ©couvrir Ă  pied tous les musĂ©es et monuments cĂ©lĂšbres de Florence car ils sont Ă  deux pas de l’appartement.

Great stay

Thank you to the hosts Tiberio and Litizia. Very gracious and easy to communicate with. The apartment has spectacular view of the Duomo especially at night. The apartment is in a great location and would definitely stay here again

Cozy and great location

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was comfortable and cozy and was in a great location. It was easy to walk to the sites and the train. The hosts were so attentive when we had a question. We would absolutely stay again!

Perfect spot in Florence!!

Stayed 3 nights in May 2025. Could not have been happier with the property from start to finish. Great location, responsive, helpful host, and a view of San Marco Square and the Tuscan countryside we will never forget!! Kitchen was well stocked as was the bathroom with towels etc. Thank you Tiberio!!

Excellent stay in the heart of Florence

The location could not have been better. Took the train to Florence and the T2 tram directly to the aparment. The tram literally stopped at the front door. Had fast Wi-Fi and the apartment was clean.

Wonderful views

My husband & I had a very nice stay here. Apartment has lots of windows, high elevation so you get lots of fresh air which we loved. Great views from many of the windows, and a great host. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful 5 night stay

We had a fantastic stay at Tiberio’s apartment. He was so kind to allow us to drop off our baggage prior to check in and gave us a full walk through of the place. He was warm, kind, and very friendly. The view of the Duomo was a perk as well as a small terrace to look over the piazza. There are many restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store. It was a huge surprise that the museum with Michelangelo’s David was right around the corner! I would recommend Tiberio’s place without hesitation.

Wonderful apartment to explore a beautiful city!

My husband, grown son & I stayed at Tiberio's apartment for two nights while we explored the beauty of Florence. Everything was as described & fit our needs perfectly. We loved enjoying morning coffee on the terrace & the view of the duomo from the master bedroom is incredible. Grazie mille! As the listing mentions, this apartment is up many flights of stairs. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with mobility concerns but it was great for us. (I earned my gelato by climbing them!)

Quaint spacious apartment in the heart of Florence

We had a great stay at Florence and glad we had this Vrbo close to many sites. We did know we had 5 floors of stairs to get to our room but wished the AC actually worked better in common living area. Worked great in bedroom. Wasnt too much of an issue since we were out most of day. Tiberio was kind, organized, and informative. We did have trouble with the wifi being spotty but we did okay. Overall, good spot to be near San Marco neighborhood, walking distance to dumo! We enjoyed our stay.

Now I finalt have time to write a few words about our stay in your apartment. It was Reals Nice to meget you to check-out the day before we went hole. It is a lovely apartment, with a wonderful adress in Piazza San Marco, wonderful near every thing in the City, and wonderful quiet on 5th floor. 11 nice days with sun and some rain. The apartment have a priceles terrasse for breakfast and a glass of Wine before dinner. Mrs. Teresa kindly met us when we arrived. And thanks for Your kind mails and help when payment via Homeaway was out of order. I hope we will meet you again in Firenze or in Denmark. We had 11 wonderful days. Fabulous Firenze steps away from David!

Our stay in Florence was much too short which means we will just have to go back! Tiberio and his daughter Letizia greeted us warmly and showed us around their spectacular apartment. The view from the patio is incredible and you can even see the Duomo from the bedroom window which was gorgeous at sunset and during the night. Accademia which houses Michaelangelo's David is literally around the corner and all the main attractions of Firenze are within walking distance. Many delicious food options of course nearby. The only warning would be for people with mobility issues. It is 5 floors to the top with no lift/elevator but that is the norm in Europe and we were young/capable enough it didn't affect us. Tiberio is an excellent host and kept in close contact with us to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend his place to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Florence.

Clean and well-furnished apartment in great location

A very well-kept and clean apartment with a great view of the Duomo and San Marco square. Our host welcomed us on the first day and met with us once more before we left, such hospitality and professionalism! The location is a very convenient base to explore Florence; the apartment is just a step away from the Accademia and many sights were within walking distance, this made our day given the heatwave that befell the birthplace of the Renaissance. We walked to the Duomo, Uffizi gallery, Medici Chapel and central market. We especially enjoyed the near by Chinese restaurant and 1950s all-American themed restaurant. If exhausted, there are also eateries just below the apartment as is the bus station. A Carrefour supermarket is also just around the corner. The evenings were quiet and after a day packed with appreciating paintings, sculptures, Florentine ingenuity and creativity, my hubby enjoyed sitting at the patio watching the San Marco Museum and piazza bask in an ochre hue. Thank you Firenze and Tiberio for a memorable family vacation! The M family.

bon séjour à Florence

nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Florence bien que cel n'a pas été aussi agréable que prévu. nous avons trouvé la ville pas évidente pour bouger ( bcp de touristes, trottoirs peu alrge, rues avec voitures) les attractions sont pleines, les rues sont étroites ce qui fait qu'on ne voit pas pas batiments.. le séjour est bcp moins agréables que Rome !! nous sommes allé à Pise et nous avons bcp apprécié ( la vieille ville , l'esplandae et les monuments). l'appartement etait idéalement placé pour tout visiter, et on a passé un tres bon séjour...

The property is in a great location in the city! A short walk to most attractions and the T2 tram is just outside the front door. It’s a cheerful apartment with a lot of natural light. It was very clean and comfortable. You’ll love the views from the windows. Helpful hint-Pack lightly for climbing the many stairs.

The property in general fit the description of the listing. However, there were some things that fell short of our expectations. Certain parts of the property are in need of some simple repairs/maintenance (e.g. The shower head would not stay in a position that allowed one to comfortably shower). The city views from the property are wonderful and they ease the pain of the climb to the fifth-plus floor flat. The location allows for easy walks to all the major attractions of Firenze as well as access to multiple forms of public transportation for those more distant locations. Not the best property we have stayed at thus our ratings.

While the stairs up to the apartment made us laugh each day the view and quietness once in the apartment made it all worth it. Youssef met us to check us in which they accommodated a later check in for us and we ended up being a bit early the hosts were gracious to work around our schedule. Youssef was funny and gave us some background information. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The balcony made everything worth it though in the evening to settle in and have a glass of wine overlooking the world below. Thank you so much for sharing your space.

Fantastic Views and Location

We stayed here for one month for some art courses in Florence. Apartment is as advertised, the views and balcony are the best part. Be prepared to climb a lot of steps to the top of the building. Also, a short walk away are the Academia and All’Antico Vinaio (Best Sandwiches ever). The hosts, Tiberio and Letizia, are very gracious and quick to respond to questions and concerns.

We had an amazing time in Florence. It was even more fun because of the location of this apartment. Check in was so easy. Apartment was clean. Beds were comfortable. The view at night from the small terrace was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot on San Marco Square

This apartment was perfect for 2 couples. It’s easy to access the apartment from the T2 line as the stop is in front of the apartment door. The location is next door to the museum that houses The David. It’s a few blocks from the Duomo and you can easily walk to Ponte Vecchio. The apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift, so make sure to take that into consideration. Tiberio and Leticia were excellent hosts and it was easy to communicate with them. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Fantastic location for the Duomo and lots of restaurants & shops. Lovely view of the San Marco Square and very peaceful at night. Tram 2 stops right by the apartment so making the trip from the station very easy. Apartment was well equipped and had a view of the duomo. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. There are a lot of steps which were a challenge, especially with luggage, but that’s the trade off for a great rooftop apartment.

Sisters dream trip

Tiberio’s place was perfect for me and my sister. We each had our own bedroom, the bathroom was a good size, the living spaces were great, but our favorite spot was the terrace, big enough for us to enjoy wine and the views were spectacular. Also, the location was perfect! Tiberio was an excellent host!
