Mimi appartement est un bel appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée d'un élégant bâtiment du début du XXe siècle dans une rue calme et privée dans le centre de Florence, à 15 minutes du Ponte Vecchio et du Duomo. L'appartement se compose d'un salon avec un canapé très confortable et des fauteuils et une table avec des chaises, une cuisine entièrement équipée qui donne sur un beau jardin disponible exclusivement pour nos clients. Il y a deux grandes chambres doubles une avec un lit double et une avec un lit français. Ce dernier peut éventuellement accueillir une autre personne dans un fauteuil-lit. La salle de bain est complète avec bidet, lavabo, toilette et douche.
L'appartement est équipé d'une télévision, de la climatisation (dans une pièce et dans la cuisine), d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, du chauffage, d'un lave-linge et d'un lave-vaisselle.

We had a fantastic stay! The property is a beautiful period home with plenty of character and charm. Communication was excellent throughout, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The location is perfect—close to everything but still peaceful. When we arrived on a cold, rainy night after a long flight, it was a joy to enter the warm, comfortable, and beautiful apartment. We enjoyed spending time in the kitchen where we would enjoy our coffee and discuss the events of the day, especially after a long day of exploring Florence. We loved the spaciousness of the rooms and the lovely decor. I already miss being there and hope to be able to come back some day.

This was a charming property. We especially liked the outdoor space in the patio. Most attractions are within a 20-25 minute walk. Alessandra was a great host and provided us with good local recommendations. We would recommend this property for anyone spending time in Florence.

Family in Florence

This was a great property for our family of four. It was close to the train, and easy walk everywhere, and close to a laundromat as we were mid trip and had A LOT of laundry to do. Overall it was excellent!

Lovely apartment

A very quiet neighborhood. A bit of a hike from most tourist attractions (about a 25 min walk) but nice to be away from the crowds.

Awesome Stay

House is beautiful on a nice neighbourhood and close to everythinng.parking was not available so has to do private parking garage for 30 Euros each night.Host was nice and very helpful.

Very friendly, welcoming host. She met us at the apartment for an early check in so we could drop our bags. We were given a brief tour of the apartment and a thorough description of all the important things (stove, laundry, garbage, etc.) Apartment was our favorite on a 3 week Italy trip. The space, cleanliness, amenities, neighborhood, everything was perfect. Would highly recommend to other travelers and absolutely will book the next time we visit Florence.

Wonderful experience

We stayed a month and had a great time. Wonderful space and a nice quiet neighborhood but not too far from the center. Everything we needed we could find within a few blocks. The property owner was also very responsive, not that we had any issues.

Roomy, quaint and charming apartment

Alessandra was very attentive, making sure to show us personally everything about the apartment, and if we had further needs or questions, was quick to respond via WhatsApp. There was a variety of condiments, so check the supply before you go shopping!

Downtown Florence, Italy

Wanted to stay in the city so I could do a deep dive into Florence. Great location to stay at that allowed us to walk to all the sights, eat meals, partake of adult beverages without having to worry about driving and parking. Once we had seen about every thing in Florence, we rented a vehicle and explored Tuscany using the private parking at the residence. Everything went according to plan. Alexandria was the perfect host.

Amazing stay

This was the perfect location for our time in Florence. It was close to the main train station for our day trips and was in a spot that wasn't busy, but extremely walkable to a lot of the places we wanted to see. The apartment itself was very cozy and had everything we needed. Alessandra was extremely helpful in everything from the check in process to great recommendations. If I get the pleasure to come back this will be where I want to stay again. Highly recommend. Thank you Alessandra!

Location, security and fabulous ambience

The apartment has a family tie that went back generations. It has an intimate family setting. It met all our needs and we were able to communicate any of our concerns with the owner. She immediately responded. We felt very well cared for.

Home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay at the Mimi Apartment and Alessandra was an amazing host! She is incredibly responsive and gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The apartment was quiet yet walking distance to train and city center. We also loved sitting outside in the beautiful backyard garden each morning and evening. Highly recommend and if we ever go back we would definitely stay again. It was truely our home away from home during our amazing visit to Italy.

Great stay

Mimi's apartment is well located on a residential street (some nearby construction noise during our stay but otherwise quiet), about a 20-30 minute walk to the well known Firenze sites - Uffizi, Acaemia, Duomo. Many restaurant options nearby. Nicely appointed. The private garden is a pleasant bonus. Prompt response from Alessandra to all our questions.

A great experience overall

Alessandra was actually waiting for us on the street so that she could open the parking gate for us. She gave great advice on restaurants, shops and attractions to visit, but, furthermore, welcomes us into her childhood apartment. Spacious, well-organized, with good air conditioning in one bedroom and the kitchen. A wonderful stay at a great location. Would definitely recommend.

A Home Away from Home for a month

I found Mimi Apartment to be perfect for me. It is charming, clean, and very comfortable. It is spacious and furnished with quirky antiques that make it feel like visiting your Italian grandma. Beds were very comfy and kitchen has the basics so I could cook a meal there. Thank you Alessandra for being responsive when I had questions. Loved the location/ quiet and very walkable to all the historic sites. I’ll be back!

Charming, Spacious Apartment

This well-equipped, spacious apartment offers a comfortable respite from the crowds of tourists elsewhere in the city. In the Mimi apartment we enjoyed a glimpse into the authentic Florence, as the home retains the furnishings and decorations of the family that once resided there. We felt entirely at home there, and also enjoyed the amenities of the neighbourhood, especially the nearby pasticceria where we had our breakfast cappuccini and brioche each morning. Alessandra was an attentive host, offering an efficient and congenial check-in and helping us with arrangements for getting to the airport. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
