You’ll love the cozy feel of this home nestled in the most beautiful neighborhood in Denver --Hilltop! Very spacious! The porch is paradise. Great for family dinners inside and out. Fireplace in the living room. Central AC and heat. 5 bedrooms, 1 semi-private bedroom sleeping 12, and extra sleeping space with a futon, pullout sofa bed, and bunk beds sleeps 18! Central Denver location, 4 miles from downtown Denver. Come for a concert at Red Rocks, a Broncos game, visit your student at the University of Denver or CU, or just come to enjoy the shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the Cherry Creek neighborhood! Also, if you’d like to check in a day earlier, or stay a day later, message me! Sometimes we can make changes and accommodate special requests. This is a lived in home, and we love to share it when we are out and about traveling, hiking or skiing.

A true home

We had a wonderful stay! As advertised, this is a lovely family’s home during the week and they are so kind to share it! It feels like a good friend who lets you use their house while they’re away. And communicating with Maria was like communicating with a friend I’d never met. We were originally a larger group but ended up being my family with two children under 5 and grandparents. We used the “girls wing” (what had been the now grown daughters’ rooms), which was perfect for keeping kids close by. My parents used the well apportioned master. The kitchen is lovely, island, table, open to living area and cabinets stocked with what you need. We were there for unseasonably warm fall weather and enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. Location was very accessible by car to everything we used. We visited the zoo, bbotbaical gardenn. My my also ventured to Traders just es on foot and had no issues.

REview of Cherry Creek House

Everything about our stay was excellent. Th location, the house and the host were great. We had 8 adults stay at the house which was perfect for our stay. Very clean, comfortable an great location in Cherry Creek. Highly recommend.

Baseball in the Rockies

The house was great, we enjoyed sitting in the back patio. Everyone played basketball and had a great time. We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone is excited for next year.

Fabulous location and wonderful host

terrific property for large groups. Our family of. seven adults and a baby had tons of space. There’s also a really nice outdoor area to sit. And the owners are very gracious. Plus the neighborhood is fabulous for walking.

Great place

Great place for our stay with family. It was to be only 10 adults but ended up having 4 children stay, also. The basement served them and their mother well ,with enough bed space, a bathroom and kid stuff. The rest of the adults all enjoyed their own clean spaces, excellent kitchen and we all enjoyed spending time on the outdoor space. Nice quiet neighborhood ,also. Highly recommend it .

Perfect cute home!

We had a wonderful time! The neighborhood was awesome! Everyone was out walking their dogs or with their kids. Very active neighborhood which was nice to see. The home was comfortable and cute. So many rooms that could sleep many comfortably. We were able to check in a little early and got the run down of everything this property offered from controlling the thermostats to sports equipment for Basketball or pickleball. I would recommend this home and will keep it in mind for our next trip to Denver.

Great family weekend

Beautiful house. Spacious with a wonderful cozy feeling. Came from California, Texas and Nevada for our daughter’s college graduation. The weekend couldn’t have been better.

An absolutely gorgeous, spacious house with plenty of room and amenities to satisfy all 12 of us! Maria was awesome to work with, and helped make our stay unforgettable. If we get back to Denver and need a house to rent again, this will be at the top of our list!

30th birthday bash

There was 9 of us at the house and we had plenty of room. The house has a lot of wonderful spaces. My favorite thing was no tv's to distract from the spent with family and friends. The house was well stocked and the location was perfect. Excellent communication and lovely extra touches

Red Rocks Memorial

We were impressed with the property. From my first contact with the host clear through our stay, Maria was so helpful and thoughtful. The property fit our needs perfectly. We were in town to honor/memorialize our son that passed away in January. We were a large group and the house was perfect for us to be able to gather together and have our alone time. We had everything we needed for serving meals. The beds were comfortable and the space was clean. You can tell they love family and love sharing their home with other families.

Absolute Gem

Possibly the best VRBO stay we've ever had. The house was a home. Not a sterilized condo but an actual home...among other things, family pictures on the walls, kitchen supplies available to us, even a notebook outlining how to best use the house and enjoy our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The photos dint do it justice. 17 of our family stayed here from 2 to older adult and all had place to sleep, retreat to when wanted and a place to all gather together. We had an issue getting in when first arriving but response was immediate and the problem was resolved. We recommend staying here with no hestitation.

Relaxing and plenty of space

Family Thanksgiving

What a great location & perfect house for our family gathering. Grocery stores were super close, easy access to Downtown & a beautiful neighborhood. Comfy space to watch the marathon football games & the kitchen was perfect for several people to make food. My Mom loved parking herself next to the fireplace in the sitting room off the kitchen. The is lovely & we really enjoyed our stay.

huge house and great location

maria was great and very accommodating to our check in and check out requests. home is in great area and convenient to everything. once you get comfortable being in someone’s actual house, this place is great. it was a little unnerving at first with their food in the fridge and their clothes in the drawers and closets. we did a little research and found that denver has an actual law that requires short term rentals to be primary homes…which explained a lot!

Great stay

This was a great gathering place in a wonderful neighborhood for our multigenerational family in Denver for a wedding. Maria was very accommodating and wonderful to deal with. We really enjoyed the shaded outdoor patio, too.

VRBO owner that likes to travel, and wants to share our home state with others. Enjoy Colorful Colorado! About us: We are a family of 6 (4 kids) that now has 1 Graduate, 2 in College and the last kid is now a rising Senior in Highschool. This is a lived in house. Not a second home. My husband and I both work full time. We decided to VRBO because we are often skiing, camping, and biking on the weekends while enjoying the great outdoors of CO! And visiting our young adult kids living/going to College on the West Coast.
(--and we take a couple of summer and winter trips here and there, and wanted to share our CO home while we are out and about!) Please treat this home the same way you would treat your own home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is a spacious home. Comfortable and family friendly. Walking distance to parks, Cherry Creek shopping, near the Cherry Creek bike/walking path to downtown Denver. Enjoy the cool things about Denver from a central location. Can easily take excursions to the Mountains, see a concert at Red Rocks, enjoy all of the festivals in Downtown Denver, but then come home to a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Welcome note: Make yourself at home! We are happy to have you! Kitchen: Feel free to use anything and everything! Cupboards have spices, tea, baking ingredients… If you see it, you can use it. Condiments in the fridge. Water bottles in the pantry if you’d like to borrow for your hike or walk… Everything can go in the dishwasher including the knives :)
Sun room next to the kitchen: in the drawers under the plants, there are numerous art supplies. Kids, make art, and use anything you’d like!
Outdoor patio: gas grill—feel free to use. There are patio chair cushions in the garage.
Living rooms/downstairs TV room: check in the game closet for games, do a puzzle, log in to Apple TV or your favorite TV station. (We do not have direct TV or cable. You’ll have to use your own logins. We rarely watch--too much to do inside and outside!)
Downstairs toy bins next to the queen size bed: Kids: feel free to play with all of the toys, and at the end of your stay, if you’d like to take a toy from the bin home as a souvenir, feel free!
5 comfortable, private queen beds (5 bedrooms upstairs), 1 semi-private queen bed in the basement. + bonus sleeping space for larger groups: including a futon in the basement, pull-out couch on the main floor, and bunk beds in the basement to accommodate, making sleeping space up to 18!
And a very adorable, clean cat lives here, Nala. (FYI) (but won't be present during your stay.)
Washer and dryer: available. Detergent next to the dryer.

Enjoy cooking in this house and eating in the dining room or on the patio. (Use the grill!) Or go out to the numerous restaurants/breweries near by. Play games (game closet), crafts for the kids (provided in the "art cabinet"), and get ready to explore the neighborhood!
Short driving distance to all of the "must dos!" of the area: Red Rocks, Hiking, Skiing, Golfing, Downtown Denver 16th Street Mall, Art Museum, Museum of Nature and Science, take a drive to Boulder, Golden, Peak to Peak Highway, Rocky Mountain National Park. Or stay within walking distance and visit the amazing restaurants, bars, and shopping in Cherry Creek. Welcome to Colorful Colorado! (can you tell we love our location and state?!?)
