Stevie, the Cape Farmhouse is a two-story family home located within walking distance from Bucks Creek and Bucks Creek Marshes. Enjoy the refreshing breeze from your private deck and wonderful natural vistas as you eat your lunch at the outdoor dining area. The gas grill available will make it easy to host barbecues for your loved ones. Inside, the living room offers a cozy relaxation spot with inviting furniture and a large Smart TV with cable. Gather around the small coffee table or the eight-person dining table to play one of the many board games available. The kitchen is equipped with every appliance you could need to prepare the most delicious meals and treats for the group. Feel free to look up everyone's favorite recipe online and give it a go! This home's first floor also features a washer/dryer combo in the hallway and a full bathroom. Upstairs, guests will come across three bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom has a small seating area with a flatscreen TV and an en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. The other two guest bedrooms share a full bath.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
