Welcome to Villa La La in Seagrove. This beautifully updated beach retreat can sleep up to 12 guests in its 5 bedrooms, making it ideal for large or multiple families.

The open concept main area welcomes you with bright whites, calming neutrals, and pops of coastal blues. The front of the home includes a formal dining room that can seat 8 plus there is seating for 5 at the kitchen counter. Dine al fresco on the screened in patio as well!

The best part of the house? The private pool in the backyard. Swim the days away, relax in the Florida sunshine. Enjoy a BBQ outdoors, catch up with family and friends, and have an amazing vacation. Just one street over and you'll find your deeded beach access.

A king bedroom suite is conveniently located on the 1st floor, 3 more are up on the 2nd floor and all bedrooms have TVs. Off the 2nd floor is another outdoor living space – a great spot to watch the sunset or enjoy a family game night. The 3rd floor of this home is a private oasis with private bathroom and access to a balcony with Gulf views.

From the home turn left onto Eastern Lake Road, then turn right onto S. Ryan. The beach access pergola is down this road, to the left of the pool. Take this path, turn right at the "T" and you'll see your beach access sign to take the boardwalk to your access.

Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right up the road from the home. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time staying at Villa La La and with Benchmark. The house was in a great location near Seaside and short walk to the beach walking distance. There were amenities ready for us at the house with key fob access to the private beach. We really enjoyed the experience and the communication from the Benchmark team. They were able to help our group with flexible check-in and check-out times and provided us with great information on things to do in the area. Overall we had a great time and will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great place for our group of 12, six adults and six children. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. A couple of negatives the second floor was a bit warm (weather very hot during our stay), I think the air conditioning just could not keep up. Internet/Wi-Fi a bit iffy, had to reboot the router from time to time. Needed more kitchen towels.

Great stay at Villa LaLa

We loved the private pool and socialized a lot in the screened porch. Numerous decks allowed for private reading time.A quick walk (about 3 city blocks) to the private beach with our kids and all beach necessities. Beautiful white sand! Chair and umbrella rental available.The kitchen was well supplied. I loved having pans and utensils that were similar to my own.Great bedding and pillows and plenty of extra pillows and fleece blankets for snuggling.The breakfast counter seats 5 in the kitchen. A large table in the dining room comfortably seats about 10 but we ate most of our meals on the screen porch.Pool was serviced just before we arrived and once during the week. There is also a poolside outdoor shower. Kids loved a nighttime swim with glow sticks. Also did a glow stick walk on the beach!We were able to walk for ice cream, coffee and other treats. A number of fun restaurants and venues close to the Villa. Bike and other rentals within walking distance. Also a trail head for a State park and walking trail.We had a couple small issues that were addressed by management within 24 hours.We may be returning to Villa La La

Survey of Villa La LA

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good vacation. A few issues with the house. We had stayed there the previous 2 summers. Location and parking good. Pool dirty when we got there at 5:00 Saturday afternoon. I reported it immediately. The next day I received an email saying they cleaned the pool on Saturdays and Wednesdays. The garbage disposal broke while we were there. Leaked all under sink. The man came to fix it but it broke again the next day. He fixed it a little that time. There was no can opener in the kitchen. The electric garbage can did not work. Man was trying to fix the dishwasher when we arrived and tried to fix the garbage can but could not.

Awful management company!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would not recommend this management company at all. The property was very nice, it had a private pool. We paid extra to the management company to heat the pool. On our first day the pool was warm so we thought everything was good, but the pool began to become colder. The management company had sent a pool company to come out and clean the pool so we ask them if the heater was on, and was told it was not. I then sent a text message to the management company to ask why. The person responding told me that we did not pay the extra fee. When I sent back a picture of my invoice showing the pool heating was added and paid for. they stop responding to me via text. I then called the company and the person that answered was very rude. I ask to speak to a manager and she told me that I could speak to her. Again never answering my questions. She did finally tell me that she would have a manager call me back that was almost a week ago. I have requested someone call be no fewer that seven times. I will never use these company again.

Good location BUT needed updates

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good time but I notified Benchmark 3 times regarding the fridge with no resolution to the problem. The first day I texted that the fridge needed a filter. Someone came and installed one but apparently did not check to see if it worked. It did not, we were unable to obtain water at all. The last maintenance guy who came attempted to find the issue and was very nice. They were installing an off-brand filter and it just would not work. Also the dishwasher was not anchored in the cabinet and it was difficult to open and close. The home was not clean in a lot of areas. There was major dust and dirt beside the washer and dryer and on the top of the windows. There was also a trip hazard at the back door due to a missing brick. We paid an extra $65 to be able to enter early which we have NEVER had to do with VASCA. We will NOT rent from Benchmark in the future. The amount we had to pay to rent Villa LALA we expect a much nicer home.

Will never stay at a Benchmark property again

Reviewer Comments: Still waiting to hear from management regarding an accident that happened at Villa La La on Friday, July 28th, due to miscommunication/negligence between Benchmark and the property owner. It ruined our last day of vacation as we had to make several calls to insurance companies, Benchmark, etc, and couldn’t even leave the house due to the work being performed on the property. At the very least we deserve an apology and comp for that day and just keep being told, “you’ll get a call from mgmt” with an excuse as to why it hasn’t happened yet. It’s been 5 days.

Absolutely love the location and layout of the house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house and we have rented several times. It is clean and spacious. Our a/c was not working and they came very quickly. I would rent thru the owner if possible. Benchmark is just another large company. There are no extras in the house. We wanted to check in 45 min early and had to pay. It was ready and had been released. I used Vrbo the next week and they texted us to let us know it was ready 2 hours early and they had plastic wrap and baggies etc. it’s the small treats. Much more appealing from a customer service aspect.

Loose bricks at back steps it is a trip hazard. Door to third floor needs to be repaired properly, extremely noisy when closing. Area around pool could be cleaner either blow debri or sweep. Chairs around pool could be cleaner. These items would have made visit a little better. Overall we would rent again, house was clean and overall a nice set up for our family

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in a lot of houses in the area and this one is by far our favorite. Perfect location to the beach. Very short and easy beach access. Perfect space and sleeping arrangements in the house. The pool was excellent! The only negatives were that the family that stayed there before left their wet clothes on the second balcony and also water bottles outside. I would suggest the cleaning company also check outside the house to ensure everything is clean. Otherwise, it's a perfect vacation home for 12 people. Will likely come back!

Great time at Villa La La

This house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. It was nicely decorated and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The pool was one of the best features. It was handy, on the side of the house. It was clean and the water temp was perfect. The walk to the beach was easy. However, the beach was crowded. But that is pretty typical for Destin area.

Great House and Area

This was a great property to rent. Had everything we needed for 10 people (kids and adults). Short walk to beach. Only issue we had was with the beach attendant. Very rude and put chairs and umbrellas all the way across the private beach so that if you had your own stuff, you could not sit 'in front' of his rental equipment and he made sure of telling you.

Lovely house; very crowded beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay at Villa La La. The house is beautiful and accommodated our three families very comfortably. The furnishings are all in good shape, the kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were extremely clean. We paid for the pool to be heated and the heat wasn't turned on when we arrived. The management company sent someone out the next day to turn on the heat but we did miss out on about 36 hours of a usable pool, which was a bummer but nothing too major. The biggest warning I would give for anyone considering this house, however, is the beach. It was EXTREMELY crowded - I'm talking shoulder to shoulder, chair to chair lines of people - and an umbrella rental company has a monopoly on the space. You have to rent chairs or you can't get a spot by the water. We weren't expecting that so we were frustrated. If you want to bring your own stuff and have some room to throw a frisbee or play bocce, you need to stay somewhere else. BUT the house is very close to the beach and the water was unbelievably beautiful.

LaLa. Stay.

Enjoyable. Need to have better cleaning. Evidence of previous renters was left on porch. When bed turned back first night a large black caterpillar was there. May need better quality control. Also need better vacuum and broom. Inadequate ice supply only a couple of glasses a day. Need to check ice maker Pool was fantastic. Location great. Beds very comfortable.
