This property is exactly what we needed for our trip. Very cozy and the layout of the rooms where great. Love the decor! Great place to stay. Will book again when we are in the area.
Overall it was a nice place. The master bedroom is on the top floor, but nice. It would have been a little more comfortable if there was some recliners in the living room.
Easy to find, nice neighborhood, close to dining. New remodel is impressive. All amenities also new. Furnishings & decorating are bright & comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. Would stay again.
This is our 3rd year coming to Maggie Valley with our family. We love this area. This was our first time staying at this rental and enjoyed it very much. The host is really responsive to all questions and concerns. The first night we arrived the AC was not working. I reached out and immediately she was working to solve the issue..which turned out to be user error on our end with the remotes. They only thing that was inconvenient for anyone planning to stay here that will be attending the Mininats Truck Show and pulling a truck on a trailer (which is what we did) is that the area is small and narrow on a decent incline to navigate with such a load. We managed to work it out but it wasn't ideal. But I am not reducing the 5 star review because that is on me for not knowing the area and or knowing we were accepted into the show until well after booking. But it is something to consider if your pulling a trailer. Other than that, the place is perfect for anyone coming to enjoy this very scenic and quaint little town.
I had taken my elderly mother and on arrival there was hair left in the bathroom and we had black ants in the house. I tried to call property manager with no reply . The laundry area , if you can call it that , is terrible to get to! Brooms and dust mops were just thrown in there so you couldnât even get to dryer without having to clean out that area. It was so bad we left our trip 2 days early . I finally got in touch with property manager and she informed me those were just carpenter ants and they are common in that area, and did not offer to do anything about it. They were so bad that they woke me up crawling on me at night. This was absolutely the WORST place I have ever stayed ! I would never stay there again nor ever stay in a place managed by that company.
We were there to celebrate Thanksgiving with family in Waynesville. We were only at the home to sleep, take showers and coffee in the morning. Everyone mentioned the hot water, lack of pressure. The home is cute.
