Elk Meadow Lodge ~ New Cabin by Willow Tree Cabins

Elk Meadow Lodge is a 2 bedroom 2 bath cabin with great views and just the right size for a cozy getaway or a family retreat.
All RATES QUOTED are for the 2 BEDROOM option.
The cabin can also be rented as a 3 BEDROOM in the booking process. The additional KING bedroom is $35 per night.

The cabin will sleep 6 if you choose the 3 BEDROOM option.

The cabin has 2 King Size Bedroom Suites. One on main floor and and one on second floor. There is also a loft with a Sofa and an additional TV. Both with full baths so the cabin will accommodate 4 people. Enjoy the loft for some relaxing time with a book or turn on your favorite game on the 50" wall mounted flat screen TV. Sneak to the one of the decks to rock your cares away and maybe catch an Elk grazing in the field. Bring your sweetheart or family for a tiny glimpse of paradise....Ahhh the view......

Picturesque setting with unobstructed year round wide open mountain views of the famous WATERROCK KNOB. The cabin has approximately 1808 sq feet of living area, plus it has a large wrap around deck in the front, back, and side. The cabin has rustic charm with an amazing views of Waterrock Knob from all windows. Custom stone fireplace turns on at the touch of a button, large loft and family room, and kitchen with granite counter tops. Relax on the wrap around porch and watch the lightning bugs and the Elk graze in the meadow with the mountains as a backdrop, simply beautiful. Both bedrooms have plush king beds.

Please be aware that there is new construction nearby. While the lodge itself remains a serene and tranquil haven, guests may occasionally hear the sounds of construction. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as the area continues to develop.

This property is privately owned and managed by Camelle Reid owner of WILLOW TREE CABINS and is not managed by a Rental Company. I offer personal service since I own and maintain my Willow Tree Cabins myself. Rest assured you will not be disappointed.

A 60 DAY NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR A FULL REFUND! NO EXCEPTIONS*** NO CREDITS***Please purchase the CFAR insurance upon booking to insure your trip in the case you need to cancel. A $100 FEE CANCELLATION will apply to ALL Reservations.

This is the best cabin we have ever stayed at.

We rented Elk Meadow Lodge for the second time this year. The cabin is just amazing. It is always spotless and well appointed with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and the scenery in the meadow is beautiful. We were here for a family get together. Willow tree Cabins are the best and although we didn’t see any elk, we were so comfortable here just sitting in the rocking chairs and hanging around the campfire, we forgot all about the elk. We will definitely return again, hopefully next year.

Delight conveniently located home in a beautiful neighborhood

Camelle’s home is at a perfect location for easy access to a variety of nice spots, including Oconaluftee Visitors Center, Waynesville for dinner or shopping, hiking or golfing. Elk roam the neighborhood daily so keep your cameras ready. There are only 4 steps to enter the cabin with a lovely kitchen, living room, dining room master bedroom, laundry room, closets and bathroom all on the ground floor. We didn’t even use the second level! Her wrap around deck is a great for relaxing or to grill dinner ! The peace and quiet along with relaxing in the well equipped cabin make visiting this area special. Plus, Camille is always a phone call away if you need anything. Thank you Camelle.

Relaxing week was spent in the perfect cabin.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable cabin to relax and rest in a quiet, tranquil setting. Sit on the porch and watch elk grazing in front of you. Camelle is the perfect host. She provides everything you could possibly need. We have rented her cabins for many years and plan to continue to visit here. Book here before you lose the opportunity. You will be glad you did. Another amazing week at Elk Meadow!

Elk Meadow never disappoints. The beauty of the cabin, the amazing view, the daily arrival of elk and time with family is just what we needed. This is our fifth year with Willow Creek Cabins and have enjoyed every year. Camille is a sweetheart to work with and goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Relaxing getaway

This is my second stay here and I already can't wait to come back. The cabin is beautiful, clean and offers a very relaxing stay. I did not see as many elk this stay, but it is a different season. The cabin and it's views were still amazing! Perfect stay for anyone, a romantic getaway, family vacation or personal retreat.

Amazing

Beautiful cabin very well stocked with all the comforts of home . We saw Elk,geese (almost everyday),rabbits and a groundhog. Camelle is a wonderful host with great commutation We have stayed with her multiple times and will continue too .

Best of the Best

I hardly ever write reviews but I had to write one for Elk Meadow Lodge. I can not describe how pleased we were. When we arrived we were greeted by 5 Elk in the meadow watching us unpack. What a thrill it was to see those beautiful animals laying in the meadow right beside the cabin. Most people drive miles to even see one Elk but all we had to do was sit on the porch to view and take pictures of them. We will definitely return. Actually I did not want to leave to go home but I knew we could return. Camelle was the perfect host and even checked on us to make sure everything was perfect.

Elk Paradise

Such a wonderful cabin. We had the best time just taking in nature and watching the Elk graze in the meadow. Cabin is super close to everything. We will be back soon! Camelle was super nice and a great host.

Tranquil Getaway

The Elk Meadow Lodge was such a pleasure to relax in over the Memorial Day weekend. Camelle, the owner, provides an incredible experience with exceptional communication, service, and accommodations. The lodge is a perfect refuge for a solo traveler or a family. It was such a serene escape from the city to be surrounded by breathtaking mountains and pleasantly surprised by majestic Elks while gazing at the stars while warmed by the firepit. We will definitely return soon and highly recommend this lodge!

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!

I realize the property is new, but still, it is exceptional! Neat and clean. Perfect for couples, especially in our case as we were two couples in the area on a motorcycle adventure. Actually, there were four couple in two of Camelle's properties and both properties were exceptional (check out Chestnut Lodge as well). Camelle was a super hostess. Great and timely info leading up to the trip and checked on us during our stay. Needless to say, Willow Tree Cabins will be out first option on all future trips to "the Valley"!

Found a new favorite place

What a wonderful weekend at Elk Meadow Lodge. Loved the cabin and the elk that visited each evening. Camelle was very attentive and helpful in a moments notice. A short girls trip was everything we had hoped for. The beds are great and linens soft and luxurious. Lots of thoughtful touches. Looking forward to being able to use the fire pit during our next stay when the burn ban is lifted. We settled for sitting on the porch and enjoying the views that are breathtaking. During just our short 2 night stay, we saw cows, elk, rabbits, ground hogs, squirrels, and a variety of birds. I highly recommend this beautiful cabin. We can’t wait to return!

The cabin was awesome and in a perfect location.

The cabin was awesome. It was beautiful just as the pictures. It was in a great location and seeing the Elk grazing so close to the house was an amazing experience. We will definitely be back to stay in the future.

Great Cabin!!

Wonderful Cabin in Maggie Valley

Wonderful!

The cabin was beautiful and super clean. Beds are very comfortable. Easy access. We went to a concert in Asheville and another in Cherokee and this was a perfect middle ground. We were sitting at the fire pit the first day and several elk walked into the yard. Amazing experience!

Heaven on earth!

This makes twice we've stayed at Willow Tree Cabins in Maggie Valley and will definitely be back. Camille is great to work with on scheduling and the cabin is top notch. The cleanliness is second to none. Got to see alot of elk which was amazing. Don't hesitate on booking your stay at Willow Tree Cabins.

Beautiful Views

From the moment we stepped out of our vehicle the view took our breath away. You have long range views of the mountains and a beautiful meadow where the the Elk visit daily. We were so impressed. The cabin is so cozy and warm and inviting. Did I mention CLEAN!! The cabin is new and all is spotless. We will definitely be back again. I will look no further. We have found our place.

Willow Tree Cabins is a company I started because I wanted to manage my cabins myself so I could give PERSONAL SERVICE to my great guests. I own all five of may cabins so I want to make sure that all are maintained to the highest standards. I am from North Carolina and have lived in the mountains all my life. I bought this cabin in Maggie Valley because of the easy access to so many things to do. It is close my home in North Carolina so it's a great little weekend getaway. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. It's cozy and unique in every way you can imagine...BEST OF ALL ~~ IT IS VERY CLEAN!!!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The thing I love most about staying at my cabin is that the feeling cozy comfort is all around. You never even have to leave the cabin if you just want to sit and relax. A desk table at one of the windows is the perfect spot to put my laptop when I need to do a little of my work. The back covered deck has rocking chairs to sit and rock the evening away. The early morning sunrise will take your breath away, as well as the smell of the cool morning dew.
