This beautifully remodeled, all-suite 3BR/3BA condo is within walking distance of the incredible attractions of South Padre Island. Take a 5-minute stroll to the beach, arrange watersports activities, book a fishing trip, or enjoy dinner in a Gulf-side eatery.

Enjoy on-site access to an array of amenities, including two swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and a kids’ outdoor play area. Guests also have access to a beachfront lounge with views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Your spacious rental is full of coastal charm and features three private balconies -- it’s the ideal retreat after a day of adventures.

LIVING AREA

Cool tiled floors and vibrantly colored decor bring a relaxed and stylish feel to this coastal condo.

An open-concept living area has a leather couch and love seat, and a 40” wall-mounted TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-stocked kitchen has granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. You’ll have everything you need to cook a hearty meal, and plenty of space to entertain.

When dinner is ready, gather at the wooden dining table with seating for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This two-story condo sleeps up to eight guests in three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

Sprawl out in a plush king-size bed in the light and airy master bedroom, with a private poolside balcony.

The spacious second bedroom has two queen-size beds and a 32” wall-mounted TV. Vibrant colors adorn the walls and add to the charm.

Head up a spiral staircase to reach the third bedroom, furnished with two full-size beds, a storage closet, and a 32” wall-mounted TV. This room also features a balcony overlooking the pool.

OUTDOOR AREA

From the living area, you can step onto a private balcony overlooking the shared pool and hot tub.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and allocated parking for two cars in the adjacent parking lot.

This unit is located on the third floor. Elevators are not available.

This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island Permit #175618, issued 2016.

THE LOCATION

You’ll find everything within walking distance of your coastal rental, including watersports, fishing charters, nature spots, and local restaurants.

Stroll 5 minutes and relax on the beach for a lazy morning beside the Gulf. 6 minutes from home, you’ll find kiteboarding, surfing, and jet skiing at South Padre Island Watersports. Or reel in the catch of the day with SPI Fish On - Fishing Charters (5-minute walk).

There’s an abundance of local wildlife to spot at South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center (19-minute walk), while Sea Turtle, Inc. offers opportunities to get up close with rescued sea turtles (5-minute walk).

You’re also within walking distance of local eateries. Clayton's Beach Bar is a Gulf-side restaurant with live music and classic American fare (9 minutes), and Ted's is your go-to local spot for Texas-style breakfasts and brunches (5 minutes).

Family Reunion.

Overall clean and nice. Please note that there is no TV in the master bedroom, but everything else was satisfactory. The room offers a nice view of the swimming pool. However, the Jacuzzi closest to our room wasn’t functioning properly (no hot water), so we used the other one instead. Luckily, it’s not a busy season, so this wasn’t an issue. I liked that it is walking distance to Clayton's Backyard.

Great space!

The place was spacious and very clean. We had two couples and three children in our group. There was plenty of space. We were there over spring break and while the resort workers assured us that they were trying to keep things quieter and under control it was very loud at night. It was a fairly quick walk to the beach through the resort and the resort was clean. Next time we plan to stay in a "beach view" space but if you don't need the view we would recommend staying here!
