Large three story home, built in 1800's. House sits on 3/4 of an acre. Has a large sitting front Porch, Lots of parking, big back yard with an in ground swimming pool. Situated in the heard of Saratoga Springs, walking distance to SPAC and the Saratoga Race Track. This house has six large bedrooms and five and a half full bathrooms.

Easy walk to downtown

There are so many rooms, and space for everyone to gather. You could definitely walk to downtown from here. Very happy with our stay.

Great house/Inn to gather with friends and family

Tara was great. Great Belatoga Stakes and the house was perfect for our group. Already reserved it again for next year…and hopefully even visit Saratoga again sooner.

Great place!

We had our large extended family together and everyone had plenty of space! The house had everything we might need and was close to all things Saratoga Springs. Tara went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and was very flexible with our needs and schedule. Thank you!

Great house for a group

We had a wonderful stay for a girls weekend. The house was charming and huge. We had plenty of space for all 10 of us! Tara was extremely helpful and prompt in responding to questions. It was about a mile from the downtown which was an easy walk to grab lunch.

The house was great. We loved the old charm and had more than enough room for 7 couples. Close to the race track and downtown.

Amazing house

Perfect weekend stay. The house is just awesome. Plenty of room, plenty to do. The pool was so nice to have when the temp was about 100. Sheets, towels, toilet paper, even left coffee which is rare for a VRBO. Tara is a great host. We had a minor issue and she was there within 5 minutes to help fix. Will be staying again when we revisit saratoga.

Large house with huge bedrooms!

My family, friends and I rent a house every summer, same weekend, for the Travers Race. Location is important to us and this was just perfect. The bedrooms are large and spacious. It was nice to all have our own rooms! The house was very clean. The only thing to know was we had 2 different people knock on the front door, because the internet still has the house listed as a Bed and Breakfast. This unfortunately shut down during Covid. The owner is very nice and lives right next door if you need anything. We look forward to renting this house again!

Absolutely shocking!

We did not stay. House is dirty, had an odor, uninhabitable. Dark and dingy. Not up to VRBO standards at all. We immediately contacted VRBO and insisted on a refund. Thank you VRBO for your immediate response.

Great Find!

A group of 12 of us visit Saratoga yearly. We're always looking for a spacious & awesome place to stay. We LOVED Tara's place! It's a converted Inn, so every guest has a unique bedroom & most have private baths. The front porch is AMAZING! The kitchen is a bit dated, but it works. There is a pantry area, as well as a large dining room to accommodate everyone. Carpets are a bit worn, but clean. We already rebooked for next year!

The kitchen was updated but needs more items of use. Pots and knives need to be added to existing items. Bathrooms were updated and clean. Beds were okay. Pool needed to be cleaned. The house needs a good cleaning and to be updated. Our group of nine were just so happy to be together that we enjoyed our stay regardless of the circumstances.

This property is spacious and grand. Our entire group of 14 were able to hang out in the kitchen area or at the dining room table. Everyone had a good time

Great potential, but......

Although we enjoyed our stay in Saratoga, there are significant concerns about the house that we need to communicate. Our group of 12 retired teachers has been vacationing together for more than 23 years, and we have never experienced the problems that we encountered at this house. The house was dirty and cluttered. The stove was greasy. The refrigerator had leftover food from other visitors and was dirty. The floors and furniture were dusty. There was a musty smell in the house as well. There were dirty items in the laundry area. The. porch was dirty as was the back entryway. There were mouse droppings on the kitchen counter and there was a dead mouse in the third floor bathroom. Additionally, at two different times we saw a rat on the patio. Most concerning of all was the fact that the dresser and wall blanket on the third floor concealed an opening to the other half of the house. We could see into the tenant’s bedroom! This is a serious safety issue as the house was not secure!!! .Although this house has great potential, we are sorry that we cannot give it an excellent review.

Great place for a large group

We had a large group up for Travers weekend and this place was perfect. Good location (20-30min walk from downtown and from the track). House was plenty big, large bedrooms and common areas. Looks like it used to be a bed and breakfast but we rented out the entire place. Good outdoor space with the pool and outdoor table and chairs. Clean and comfortable.

Perfect Large Group House

This property couldn't be better for a large group! It was close enough to everything where you could walk if you want to. Or taxi rides were very cheap. They were more than enough amenities to keep us happy all weekend. I would definitely stay here again! The homeowner is fantastic and you shouldn't have any problems.
