Delightfully remodeled condo in Kahana

Kahana Reef 203 does not have A/C. This is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that offers pool and ocean views from the second floor and ceiling fans. This property does have elevators. Unit 203 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom is equipped with a a king-size bed and Hawaiian inspired decor, furnishings, and bedding. The bathroom has been beautifully updated and offers plenty of personal storage space. It is conveniently located next to the bedroom or across from the front door. The living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa where you can be lulled to sleep listening to Maui's tropical sounds. For entertainment, you will enjoy watching a flat-screen TV with cable. Dine in on the lanai or indoors at a dining table that seats 4. The well-stocked kitchen is the ideal place for cooking a meal if you don't feel like going out.

Kahana Reef is an oceanfront condominium situated between Kaanapali and Kapalua resort areas. Which puts you close to Maui's top beaches, dining, shopping and other attractions. Kahana Reef resort offers an oceanfront pool, BBQ area, and an on-site coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees.

Best view

the place is really up to date on everting we stay for 10 days and the time there was amazing you will have everting the you need to have a unforgettable vacation time. super close to many beautiful beaches local shopping's restaurants, we made so many good memories in there for sure if we visit maui again we will choose the same location

Amazing Stay

Everything was amazing. The condo was so clean and they provided us with many towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear and a ice cooler to use while at the beach. They also had a vacuum and broom so you could clean up daily. They even provided a bottle of wine and snacks for our stay. All around great place to stay and we can't wait to come back in the future.

Beautiful ocean view

We were Very comfortable on the lanai watching the ocean waves. The condo is comfortable and clean, Needs some updating, But has most of the amenities to have a enjoyable stay.

Beautiful View!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this very nice, well equipped condo with fantastic location right on the ocean! View is spectacular. Only minimal con is that it could use more comfortable lanai furniture and perhaps a small dining table. That said, we would definitely stay at Kahana Reef #203 again.

Paradise!

We loved the location, the beautiful view, and everything you need is already here! It was hard to leave the condo to go anywhere because the view is so great! We saw whales every day, and loved watching them! The condo could use updating, but it is clean and comfortable! Thank you for a perfect vacation! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing

We thought the property was awesome. The sunset views were amazing and the glimpses of the sunrise in the morning were perfect with coffee. Rainbows happening all morning capped it off. The ease of getting to the property and also to everything else Maui had to offer were awesome. We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler that were provided.

Wonderful Ocean Front Views

Nice , clean, safe and quiet property. Front row seat to the ocean, whale viewing and evening sunsets. Check in process very easy. Communication with local property manager with My Perfect Stay informative without over bearing. Property was as described in the ad. Would use this property for our next vacation. Looking forward to it!!

Great for Turtle Watching!

We loved the view from the lanai and spent a lot of time at hanging out there watching turtles and even some whales in the distance! The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Full kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. the bathroom is a little small but no issues with function. The beach supplies were a great addition, but the snorkel gear was missing masks and some other pieces were not fully intact so you may need to rent your own. We had a great stay overall!

Check-in Issues Overshadowed an Otherwise Decent Stay

The check-in process was a major headache. The lockbox code provided in the check-in email didn’t work, and we spent over 30 minutes trying to figure it out, assuming it was our mistake before finally calling the management company. We were given a different code, which worked—but with physical keys also inside, we assumed the code was temporary. Turns out the keys didn’t even work later that night, and we spent another 30 minutes trying to remember the code to get back in.Additionally, the parking pass was missing because the previous guests took it with them. We had to contact the manager the next day to get a new one printed.Aside from these issues, the stay was okay. The location was convenient, and it was nice having beach chairs and towels provided—even if the chairs were a bit worn. However, the bath towels left lint all over us, the shaggy rug in the living room felt crusty and not well-cleaned, and the worst part was the presence of small roaches that came out in the kitchen at night.This place has potential, but the check-in process and cleanliness definitely need improvement.

The ocean is your backyard

This condo is in a great location and had everything you might be looking for during your stay in Maui. I opted to sleep on the couch because I wanted to wake up and fall asleep listening to the ocean. There’s no beach here but the view is amazing and the pool is below your balcony. There’s a cute Chinese restaurant right across the street. We found beach chairs and a cooler ready to use and the kitchen was well equipped. We opted not to eat out and cooked instead because Maui is sooo expensive. We cut corners by cooking and shopping at COSTCO. This kitchen made the cooking easy. The only negative thing I have to say is the sliding glass door onto the balcony is heavy and super difficult to move. It needs to be replaced. Other than that door, it was an awesome, quiet, well located place to stay.

Anniversary getaway

Location of the condo was fantastic! Beautiful view of sunsets every night with the sound of waves and plenty of turtles to see. Kitchen was fully stocked and mostly updates. Some flooring needs to be replaced and no air conditioning which was a bummer but fans and breeze helped with comfortable sleep.

Quiet, relaxing stay

We loved this property. It was perfectly relaxing and close to many great beaches, restaurants, hiking, you name it. For those with young kids, just be aware there are some residents in the building that don't appreciate kids playing loudly in the pool. One of the pool rules is no Marco Polo, but kids (ages 6 to 10) were yelled at a few times by angry residents just for laughing and splashing. We still had a great time, but trying to keep a six year old quiet in the pool is stressful, so just a heads up.

Comfortable Condo with Amazing View

We loved our stay at Kahana Reef 203! The condo was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a blissful two week vacation! The condo was stocked with the amenities we needed for our stay. We loved the view of the ocean and spent a lot of time relaxing and watching the waves. Breakfast on the balcony was such a treat! The bridge on the main road by the building was closed so there was very little traffic noise. There was some noise from people in the pool (just below the balcony) but that was to be expected. There was no a/c in the condo but there was a great breeze with the windows open and there were lots of fans available to use. The parking spaces were very small and filled up in the evening - we should have rented a smaller car. The condo management (Perfect Stays) was good to deal with and kept us informed on what we needed to know. We would have preferred a late check out on our last day because our flight left at midnight, but there was no option for that and we were threatened with fines if we were late checking out. That put a damper on our last day of vacation because we had to rush out in the morning and drive around with all our luggage all day.
