Widener University is a approximately a 5 minute drive, close to Media and all of the amazing restaurants and nightlife Media has to offer. This listing is located minutes from the I-95 exit and approximately 5 minutes off of 476 for those families traveling up/down the coast.

Train station nearby that takes you to downtown Philadelphia and around town which is about a 15 plus minute trip depending on destination. Great to see the city of Philadelphia without the traffic or parking! Extremely quiet you won’t even hear it come and go.

With a rustic/charming style design to bring out the best of this historic building, there are 3 bedrooms on the first floor along with the kitchen, full bathroom, and sun room/lounge, perfect to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the town.

The second/top floor has two separate bedrooms, with the second half bathroom located in the back bedroom.

New accent furniture throughout, right in the middle of the city town center. There is no place like it that can sleep so many people. Location, location, location!

*Must climb a flight of stairs to enter the first floor of apartment. If you have elderly guests that have issues with stairs it may not be a good option if they cannot climb stairs.

*If you are bringing a pet please indicate what kind of pet and how many. If it’s a dog(s) please include breed type, weight, hair length, and if it sheds. Make sure all pets are included in the reservation as guests when bookings as it will prompt you to do so. Feel free to contact for any questions about pets!
