The house is simply appointed but comfortable. Eat-in kitchen area and living room felt open and spacious. The large back yard is a plus, particularly with small kids who might need to run around a bit...it's open and grassy, but with little or no shade. It's not landscaped or 'pretty', per se, but functional and there's also a small table with umbrella if you want to sit and eat or drink outside. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, as well as coffee and tea. Everything worked smoothly and as expected. Washer and dryer too. The beds were not particularly comfortable... they also weren't terrible. Short of higher-end mattresses, maybe some cotton sheets would make the experience more pleasant. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were a plus. We were four adults and a small child... at that number there was a bit of competition for the single bathroom, but not too bad. Thanks for a nice stay.
