Be among the first renters to enjoy this gorgeous condo! This spacious elegant luxury condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a large balcony with breathtaking views of Ole River, the Bay, pool and the Gulf. The condominium has a private beach walkway which leads to the beach.

The beautiful elegant coastal furnishings in this unit will take your breath away. This Bella Luna unit features a king bed in the master suite. The master bathroom offers a large Jacuzzi tub with a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom features 2 Queen Beds with an attached full bath. The unit has a queen size sofa-sleeper. There is plenty of seating on the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon drinks or dinner with the family. The unit has a full size washer and dryer inside and free wi-fi is provided. There are flat screen televisions in each of the bedrooms and living room.

What makes Bella Luna Condominiums one of the top condos in the area!
Bella Luna offers 3 large outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, state of the art fitness center with TV's attached to equipment, a sauna, steam room, and a first come first serve tie-up area for your boat. There are charcoal grills and a picnic area overlooking the water. This condo is within walking distance of the Flora Bama and the Flora Bama Yacht Club. Beach access is just across the street. There are water views from every direction.

Chair rentals are available during the late spring, summer & early fall on the beach. Parking passes must be purchased onsite for an additional cost.

Bella Luna HOA policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25. Parking passes purchased upon arrival through the HOA with a maximum of 2 passes.

**There are boat slip rentals for $50.00 per day that you can rent by getting in touch with the Bella Luna front desk property manager given there are any slips to rent. **Boat trailers are NOT allowed to park on Bella Luna properties. Guest must make their own accommodations for their personal boat trailers.

A driver's license and a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Our vacay 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful. The management team are good to work with. There are not enough towels. Not enough cookware. The washer and dryer are Ancient, the laundry room was very dusty. With no instructions on how to use. Luckily management did. The jetted tub in the master br was disgusting. I used two packets of jet cleaner and they were still gross. Management came to clean while we were out. They were still pretty gross my advice is not to use. The view was mediocre.

Beds are comfortable. Bathroom in master is very spacious. The condo overall is spacious. We were very happy with this choice and will return again. The owner was very responsive and we always had great communication.

Condo Needs some TLV

1) Deck furniture is worn out, broken and not safe to sit in 2) chairs at table on the deck are worn out and very uncomfortable 3) when we got here the master bathroom was stopped up. 4) When we arrived, all we did is drop off luggage. We left for dinner and when we came back to the Condo, it smelled like something was dead. At first, I thought it was the commode. After we Un-stopped it, it still stunk. I was at the sink and smelt it again. Whomever was there last or the cleaners did not turn on the garbage disposal. I turned it on and poured cleaner in it and that resolved the issue. 5) There’s a hole in the floor under the rug in the den. 2 tripped in it and twisted their ankle. 6) There are NO dishes you can put in the oven for like dips or casseroles 7) Not a sharp knife in the condo. 8) The storage drawer under the warming drawer was stuck and we couldn’t get it open until finally, Thursday night. 9) back door in the den… lock is off and can’t lock the door 10) when air does come on ...it smells like mold and real musty. Thermostat is loose and we could not get the air to go down below 70. 11) light in MBR fan does not work. Fan works, not the light 12) oven racks are very dangerous. We cooked bacon on a pan with parchment paper. When it was dine, we opened the oven and the rack flipped out on us. 13) we donated to beach chairs in the closet.
