Welcome to Phoenix East 1503, a bright and breezy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with 1,005 sq. ft. of beachfront comfort in Orange Beach, Alabama. With panoramic Gulf views, a fully equipped kitchen, and resort-style amenities, this condo is the perfect retreat for families and small groups—sleeping up to 9 guests.

**PLEASE NOTICE-Current construction is ongoing at Phoenix East to repair the balcony walls on stacks 03,04, and 09. At this time the balcony rails are partially wrapped in plastic for protection. Balcony access is not restricted. Estimated completion is June 12, 2026**

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, flat-screen HDTV, and private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Twin-over-Full bunk bed plus an additional Full-size bed, HDTV—perfect for kids or multiple guests.
Living Room: Sleeper sofa and floor-to-ceiling windows opening to a furnished Gulf-front balcony.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, cookware, utensils, and everything needed to dine in comfort.
Laundry: In-unit side-by-side washer and dryer for your convenience.
Parking: Parking passes are purchased from a link sent via email and must be picked up at the front desk on site. Only 2 (two) parking passes are available for each condo. Not included in reservation cost. $60.00 per pass per stay

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes available maximum for this unit to be purchased via link sent after booking. Not included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Everything seemed to be as the listing stated. The pool and walk to the beach were nice. The overall facility was under some renovation which was nice to see that they were keeping things updated.

We enjoyed our stay. Part of our balcony was covered due to construction but it was fine I understand trying to improve the building so that wasn’t a big deal we still had a beautiful view. The property managers called or text everyday to make sure things were going good & I’ve never had that before in any of my VRBO stays & we travel a lot!! Definitely will stay again hopefully very soon!!

When we first got there the view is stunning, and check-in was hassle free. However, we found that the condo has a bedbug problem. 2 of the children have severe bites all over their body. I did send picture to beachball properties to tell them what had happened. They told me when they got to the room that they found 1 dead bug but no active activity. That’s not how bedbugs work, and with the pictures of my children it was clear that there is an infestation. After sending pictures and voicing my concerns I have not been contacted again. I feel as though anyone who is renting from this place should be aware of the issue that they are clearly not fixing. If anyone happens to bring these bugs home with them they will have a big cost to fix the problem. As a corporation they should not just brush this off as nothing while continuing to let other guest stay here.
This is only one side of just her stomach. Imagine this everywhere else on her body as well.

I have no complaints about anything - condo was clean. I went at a different time of year so it was cooler than normal and that was the only drawback which had nothing to do with the room or location. I only wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the beach a little longer.

This unit was clean and had all the essentials and nothing more. The guest queen bed is VERY soft, past its prime. Little touches like a throw or beach chairs would make it much better. I'm anoyed that parking is extra, maybe the listing says that but I didn't catch it. Just charge what you need to charge, ugh. I liked the high, sturdy balcony seating and the direct gulf views but I will never stay at a Phoenix property again as all the balconies seem to be configured the same. You can see into the neighboring balconies on both sides and it is invasive and uncomfortable as they are so very close! You can hear conversation, smell smoking, and borrow a cup of sugar if you need to!

The property was just as described, the view is amazing, nice and clean, plenty to do in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo, the staff there was awesome and friendly. Nice and clean, easy parking, beautiful views just as photos show. Not a huge deal but there should be more than one dish towel and there is not even one dish rag, or dish soap and as we flew in bringing things like that is not easy to carry with you.

It was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all appliances and needed kitchen items. Only 2 bedrooms not 3. You are on the top floor and the view is beautiful :) Overall very happy.

Everything was very nice except the guest bathroom rug was dirty. Looked like it needed washing. Nice location and furnishings. Would I stay there again, yes if the rug was cleaned. It just made me wonder about what else I was missing.

Unit was very clean but very outdated. Plumbing needs lots of work and the floors need to be replaced. Was well stocked with all essentials in kitchen and bedrooms. Would be a very good property with an update and some needed repairs.

Nice condo!!!

Very nicely decorated. King bed in master, full and bunks in the other bedroom and both rooms had a private bathroom. My wife and I took our 5 year old and a babysitter. The other room was perfect for them to share so we could have a room of our own. The only negative was lack of a K-Cup style coffee maker (this should be standard in a condo IMO). Other than that all 5 Stars for sure!

Condo was clean. Check in was easy and on time. We did have to report the curtain rod being broken. The refrigerator needs to be replaced because it doesn't close all the way unless you push extremely hard. Overall those are small things. It was a great time.

Quick trip to the beach

The condo was pretty nice, and the balcony is amazing. The rugs were a little dingy, but it was overall in good shape. One of the beds was made but with no sheets. Luckily the sheets were in the condo, but we didn’t plan to make a bed at the end of the day. We thought there might be coffee filters, and we didn’t realize until after we had already gone to the store.

Great place. However , if you know there is no one in the condo, there shouldn't be a reason you couldn't go in before. 4:00 straight up. It would speed things up with carts etc instead of folks waiting with loaded carts. Also. One parking pass should be included in the rental fees that are paid .

Realized on the last day there was several cockroaches crawling around the unit

I have reviewed our call log and maintenance log and did not see where you called in about the issues you were experiencing. We would have addressed those issues immediately. Good place to stay

It was good and clean. My only complaint is that the bunk bed is a huge liability. The screws on the backside of it are over an inch coming out. It’s so wobbly because of that and concerned me that my 3 and 5 year old were going to fall. One of the steps going up it is super wobbly too. I did not contact owner about it because I’ve tried contacting beachball property in the past and it’s more of a hassle so we just dealt with it.

1st time not completely satisfied.

The noise from the roof repair was excruciating allmost every single day.The couch was uncomfortable. The king bed was very uncomfortable. The beds in the other bedroom were great. I liked the tvs. The outdoor furniture and the mirrows in the living room. Beachball tried to makeup for the roof noise and was appreciated but we had 44 days of it and left a day early because we could not stand another day with the noise. I realize it was out of their controll and will rent again with them just not that condo.
