This inviting condo has a full kitchen and plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. Kick back and watch something on the TV or step out onto the balcony and take in the peek-a-boo views of the Gulf. Guests also have access to shared amenities such as the indoor and outdoor pools and shared grills. You'll love being located in Orange Beach, within walking distance of numerous local shops and restaurants. And with access to backcountry hiking trails, fishing opportunities, and gorgeous beach views, you will have everything you need for the vacation of your dreams.

THINGS TO KNOW
Beginning mid-October 2023, balcony doors will be replaced for every rental in this complex. During daytime hours, noise will be audible, construction workers and their equipment will be present, and parking may be impacted. Additionally, views may be obstructed. The completion time is not known.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Needs some TLC

The entire structure needed some TLC. Our unit was an easy access to the beach, but the smell almost made us leave upon arrival. The microwave was dirty and the pots and pans, especially the skillet needs replacing immediately, due to the Teflon coating having little Teflon and mostly scratches.We choose not to stay here again.

Great location

Even though it was the smallest condo our family of 5 has stayed in, we had adequate space. The condo was clean, the beach was beautiful and not crowded. We loved having the beach so close and 2 pools to use. The area was quiet and family friendly.

Overall the stay went ok. The second bedroom did not have a working light, we had to use a lamp from the master bedroom to provide light. This issue was immediately communicated via VRBO. I was advised that a ticket would be submitted and someone would call me. Needless to say, that didn't happen. The property is unmanaged. The guest on the property were very noisey. The master bed is very uncomfortable. Almost unbearable, i ended up sleeping on the couch. The master bathroom toilet runs like a track star once you flush it so be prepared. The bunkbed sheets had so many lint balls, my kid's hated it. Other than that, access to the beach and pool were phenomenal. The home is nicely decorated. The door entry code is a pain in the rear. No one can remember a 10 digit entry code. Oh parking was great.

Great condo

This was a perfect condo for my family of 6. It was surprisingly spacious, kitchen was well stocked, and beds comfortable. The patio is very large too. Definitely will be back.

Perfect family condo!

Great place to stay with very clean rooms! We will be back in the future as long as this is available to stay. Bunk beds were great for our kids. Balcony was nice & sturdy.

Unimpressive

We've stayed at several vacation rentals in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area throughout the years. This was my least favorite. I will say that it was at least clean. Other than that, we found the unit to be poorly maintained. When you sit out on the balcony, you're directly across from a wall of hotel balconies. That was a bummer due to some of the activities taking place on the hotel balconies. If you enjoy being hounded by automated texts and emails, than you'll love the host company Vacasa. If Vacasa put half as much effort into actually maintaining their rentals, as they do sending annoying texts and emails, it might not be so bad. I'll be looking for rentals that aren't hosted by Vacasa in the future, though I could see that might be hard to find. I saw their name attached to many of the places that I looked at. The beach access was great, but overall, the condo felt cramped, in a poor location, and not as nice as other rentals I've stayed in for less money.

Amazing condo

The condo was beautiful and the rooms felt spacious. The view of the beach was also great even on the side of the building. The direct access from the condo to the beach was fantastic with small kids. We also loved the pool. Cannot wait to come back again!

Great Condo On The Beach!!

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient! Ocean and beach view off outside deck. Covered parking under the building. Just an easy ride down the elevator and a short walk across the boardwalk to the beach. Book your stay here, you won't regret it!

First condo stay

This was the first condo rental for our family. We enjoyed it alot. So close to the beach. Pool and hot tub were great. Very quiet area. Condo was very comfortable. Had a nice home feel to it. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great. Would stay here again.

Overall decent. There was still a lot of sand in the beds. At the pool there is an entire colony of ants under the tile and anytime you walk on it it disturbs them. Kept having to move to get away from them.

August Orange Beach vacay

The condo was nice and beautifully decorated. It was easy getting to the pool and ocean. One downside is we did see bugs and roaches on our 3rd day. Management was quickly responsive to our request for the unit to be sprayed. The internet is not strong, if you stream movies it will be ver spotty in the evening time, (after 5:30).
