Absolutely perfect place to stay in Maui. I have stayed at other Royal Mauian condos and this was the best. This condo was an exceptionally comfortable rental stay. They keep up to date with all advanced tech from latest TV with sounds/quality and the Alexa Dot devices in each room was also great to have to play Hawaiian style classics. We seen sea turtles every morning from the lanai and has the best view for sunset! The entire place was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Super happy with the water kettle for tea. For us, there is no other place I would think of staying in Kīhei. Looking forward to our next visit and we’ll be trying to stay at the same place again.

Great, well appointed condo with a view that can’t be beat. It is very comfortable and in a great location. The host was very reachable, helpful and accommodating. I would not hesitate to book this property again!

We love this condo and have stayed here twice. It’s clean and comfortable for 4 adults. The location is ideal for exploring the island. Mornings on the lanai over looking the ocean are perfect. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The owner is thoughtful and communicative. Thank you for a great stay!

This condo is absolutely perfect and so beautiful! We felt so comfortable as soon as we arrived and loved the location. The owner, Skye, is easily available if you need anything. We will definitely be back to stay in this condo next year! It was a perfect 10!!

Great location in Kihei, fabulous view. Whale watching from the lanai. Close to great beaches. Nearby restaurants and groceries.This is the best vacation rental I've ever been in! High quality furnishings, equipment, and decorations. Skye is a great host, very proactive and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo in Kihei! The unit was spotless, beautifully updated, and the recent renovation really shows in every detail. The decor is gorgeous, the kitchen was very well stocked—including coffee and spices—and the view was absolutely incredible. We especially loved watching the sunset from the lanai each evening and being able to easily walk to multiple beaches .The owner, Skye, was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, which made the stay feel easy and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Maui. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Royal Mauian is a great building to stay at and offers amazing ocean front access. The unit renovation was immaculate and the lanai views outstanding. Beds were comfortable. For the price point, the kitchen could be stocked a little better (we had to buy saran wrap, coffee and a few other knick knacks). This was a last minute trip so we were happy to have the unit, even at the cost as it is at the highest end for RM, but would definitely stay here again.

We are so pleased you enjoyed our unit. Thank you also for the feedback. The lack of Saran wrap was an oversight. We usually have some on hand so we slipped up. When you come back again, I promise we will have Saran wrap for you! We don't stock coffee because everyone has a favorite brand, so we leave it to our guests to choose their own so they get what they want and unused coffee doesn't go to waste. As you can tell, we work hard to make sure our unit, as you wrote, comfortable and immaculate.

We were delighted with our 8-night stay at this lovely, aesthetically pleasing condo! The location is ideal, the ocean view is gorgeous, and the sunsets are beautiful. The location is wonderful - between two nearby beaches and close to restaurants and shops. My husband and I spent most of our time on the balcony nurturing our sense of well-being with the sights and sounds of the ocean. Ahhh...Owner, Skye, was quick to respond to questions we had before our visit and communicated clearly about check-in process and any questions that arose while there.

Great stay in Kihei

My family and I just stayed at this location and had an amazing trip. The location was perfect and the property was well kept, clean, and just the right size for our family of four. The property owner was communicative and attentive. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Perfect Place

Stunning ocean view

This condo is newly remodeled, artfully decorated yet comfortable and was the perfect place for our family's stay in Maui. It's well located and the owners are responsive and thoughtful. We can't wait to return.

Great views and great hosts.

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. Views are some of the best in the area and all the recent upgrades just add to the overall experience. Hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Terrific Royal Mauian condo

Third time staying in this unit. Beautifully decorated. Has everything you could possibly need. The lanai allows you to whale and turtle watch as well as see magnificent sunsets. The owner is great to work with.

Amazing week and best host!

We had an incredible week in Maui staying at Skye's place. Couldn't have asked for a better view and accommodation to comfortably suit 4 people - not to mention we easily managed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner! Check in and check out were smooth and we had all the info we needed, and Skye was terrific to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay in Maui! Skye, our host, was fantastic—always quick with communication and attentive in resolving the small issues that came up. The newly renovated condo was bright, classy, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. We especially loved relaxing on the lanai, watching turtles swimming and taking in the endless ocean views at sunset. The location was perfect—close to great snorkeling spots, dining, shopping, and plenty of beaches to explore. We can’t wait to return!

Hidden gem on the ocean

This unit was excellent. It was updated and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. This property is right on the water and has access to two beaches along with its own private pool on the water. The views are amazing and there are plenty of food options nearby. We would rent this property again!

Maui Heaven on the 5th floor

Beautiful condo with the amenities of home. Very clean and well appointed. The lanai was overlooking the ocean, lovely breeze and sea turtles daily. Skye is kind, accommodating and friendly. I'm already begging my husband for next years stay!Thank you so much Skye!The Beyak's
