Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Love this location, unit is a bit worn but we were there for sun and fun and it delivered!

Overall good stay. I read all the reviews and chose to make my own opinion. Everything worked no issues there. Could use an update as is outdated, but It served its purpose so no major complaints. Location is perfect.

Great location and nice unit

It’s a great rental property with an amazing view, close to the inlet and has all the basic necessities. If you are looking for a place to hang out between ventures to the beach and activities, it’s perfect. If you expect 50 LED TVs and USB plugs everywhere, it’s not your place.

The apartment was clean. The furnishings were a little dated though. Appreciated the Keurig coffeemaker. Wished that there had been a blow dryer furnished. Small inconvenience. Had a great time and will definitely book another stay at this property.

The location and size were great, however, the condo itself was very dirty and extremely dated. All the beds had crumbs and stains on the sheets. The beds were also hard, annd uncomfortable. There was a cigarette butt by the couch, black mold on the wallpaper in the master bath and around the faucet and shower.

Awful never again

Arrived Thursday to no AC didn’t get fixed till Friday night called and people at desk said I didn’t have set correct , couldn’t use pool code didn’t work called in gave me code still didn’t work , elevator didn’t work Friday night had to use stairs with bad knee to access 5th floor on Sunday still no elevator had to take our belongings down all the steps to leave it was awful

Outdated and Not Worth the Hassle

Location is all I can say about this place. A/C didn't work so it was humid in the house. Vents, furniture, and fixtures were caked with dust. Shower was scummy and door had mildew. The carpet was stained and old. It was tough to relax while keeping the children off the floor and trying to stay cool in between ventures.

Horrible. Will never stay here again

Within 10 minutes of getting to the place we had issues. Someone was parked in our spot. We couldn't get anyone to answer to help us. Beds were like sleeping on squeaky plywood. We ended up leaving a day early because we didn't get any sleep. It was very dirty and dusty. Pool deck was covered in dried up dead crabs. Bird poop was everywhere like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Wifi didn't work, cable didn't work. Which wouldn't be a problem if anyone would answer phone calls to help you. Will NEVER stay with vacasa again. Worst experience ever.

Great view but there were issues

Loved the view and location. Easy walk to the beach, boardwalk, rides, dining, and water activities. Great breeze from the balcony and pool. Inside was dated and it seems like the cleaning company does basic cleaning such as wiping counters, cleaning bathroom and vacuuming. The kitchen cabinets were very sticky to the touch and had to be wiped down. The toaster only worked half way and the coffee maker probably hasn’t been cleaned in sometime. In the main bedroom there was a nice collection of dust bunnies on the wall. Main bed is also not that comfortable. The tv in the living room is fuzzy and doesn’t come in clear. Wi-Fi is very spotty and had better service off of it. Our family of 4 were the only ones staying there. Thankfully nobody was sleeping on the sleeper sofa, on the first night the large picture above it fell off the wall. The rental company did reach out to see how things were going and we let them know about the picture and they offered to send someone out to address it and re-clean. The building and location were fantastic and would look to stay again just in another unit.
