TrÚs bien situé pour tout! 10 minutes de marche de la plage et de la promenade. Bateau de l'eau profonde glissement disponibles à la location comme une option. Asseyez-vous sur le grand balcon et regarder les bateaux passer. Directement en face de Harbor Island.
Détendez-vous dans cette unité de bain deux chambres et deux avec toutes les commodités de la maison. Chaque chambre a un lit queen size. La chambre principale avait sa propre salle de bain. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen size de sommeil.
Marchez vers le Reel Inn ou Fishtales pour le déjeuner ou le dßner ou se sentir libre de cuisiner à la maison.

Best location in OC. Boat access, close to the beach, and a beautifully decorated condo with everything you need. Owners are awesome and all the neighbors are welcoming and friendly.

We had a wonderful vacation! The place is beautiful - exactly as listed, nice sized bedrooms, big balcony that overlooks the bay, great location, close to the boardwalk, beach, and a variety of restaurants. Check in was very easy, and the owners are very prompt with answering questions. The place even lets you use their beach chairs and beach toys! We will absolutely be back, we loved it.

Great location!

We loved how conveniently located the condo is to everything. It is far enough away from the boardwalk to be peaceful at night and close enough to walk to the main attractions. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Another wonderful stay!

This year we decided to do an extra night and so very glad that we did! Wonderful memories were made during our stay. I can't say enough about the convenience to the beach and all the attractions that Ocean City has to offer. This definitely won't be our last stay in this gorgeous condo.

The property was clean, well kept and the view was exceptional. It was quiet and a few streets back from the ocean and boardwalk. The updates were very nice and definitely modernized the condo.

Great Getaway

This property was everything we were hoping for in Ocean City. It was close enough to the boardwalk we could easily walk. However just far enough off the boardwalk for less noise! Getting in and out of Ocean city​ was a breeze. Fully stocked kitchen with an incredible back deck! Overall pretty kid friendly. Our family was very satisfied with our experience!​

Wonderful Stay with beautiful views!

We loved our stay in this quiet tucked away condo that offered all the comforts of home. It offered many restaurants within walking distance perfect for families. Some of our favorites were: The Reel Inn (visible from the bayside balcony), de Lazy Lizard and Grotto Pizza on 14 on the boardwalk. It was an easy walk to the beach! No need to drive. The personal parking space was right in front of the rental unit and was easy to access. All in all we loved this condo and all the wonderful convenient opportunities it offered!

AMAZING!

The house was clean and amazing! It is in a nice area...low traffic for my small kido's. It is within walking distance of everything, which I personally love. Everything in the house was perfect. They have cute decorations around (I quickly moved the glass ones out of reach of the little hands). Everything was as described...I am looking into booking this next year now. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Everything about this place is amazing!

Everything from the moment we got to this place was amazing. The check in process was extremely easy. The owners responded very quickly before the trip if we had any questions. The place was very clean, spacious, updated, nicely decorated. Also it was very comfortable, from the couch to the outdoor chairs to the beds. Four of us stayed here and there was tons of space for the four of us. The pictures make it look very nice but do not do the place justice, it’s simply beautiful! There was one parking spot right by the stairs which is very nice being so close and then there was plenty of street parking also available. Kitchen was stocked with just what you needed for a beach trip. Overall amazing and cannot wait to book again for next summer!

Wonderful experience

We stayed at Tim's ppace for about 3 nights. The communication and check in process was well thought out. Prior to the dates booked, Tim reached out to us and sent a document about details on how to get into the place, trash etc. For those planning to stay here, please note- consider bring own towels and sheets. While these are available at the place, they need washed, dryed and returned to the cupboards prior to leaving. Or plan accordingly. The place itself was lovely. Every lil corner was well thought out and decorated. The owners most definitely have shown this place a lot of love. My fav would be the balcony facing the boat dock. Beautiful sunset views. Loved having coffee and breakfast on the balcony. The place was also well equipped with things for a beach day- including umbrellas, chairs and stuff to build sandcastle. Great location, only 10 mins walk to boardwalk.

Very clean and spacious

Very happy with the condo, we stayed with our 4 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. Nice patio with confortable chair with bayview. Bathroom and kitchen in perfect condition: what you see on the pictures is what you get and for me it is very important, we save money during a year for a great family vacation week in a descent place and this year we really had it!!! A/C was working great and wifi excellent. After staying in a junk in 2016 (#59471) this unit meet our standards! The only small missing amenitie would be not having an outside garden hose to wash our beach toys and feet but we stayed in some new condos in Wildwood in the past years and there was not, but this is very minor. So good that if we are going back to Ocean City, we'll might book there again!!! Congratulation to the ownwers Tim Jacey, to keep their unit in great shape and also being a thrusty owners. Thank you, Martin and rest of family

Property is in a very quiet area on the bay side with a perfect view of the water from the balcony. Absolutely loved that a great restaurant is right across the water and can hear there music just loud enough to enjoy a great morning with some good music. 10/10 would absolutely recommend and stay again.
