The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
Smoking is not permitted.
DEN OPEN WITH A 4' (PARTIAL) CONSTRUCTED WALL. DEN TV IS FOR GAMING OR DVD USE ONLY.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great family vacation

This was our second year booking with Vacasa and our first year at the Sea Watch. Our expectations were exceed with Sea Watch! We had all the amenities we could want and our room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back next year.

Way more than I expected. 10/10, do recommend… we will be back.

We were just looking for a place to lay our heads semi-last minute and instead this was like… a mini sandals. The condo was clean, nothing fancy but everything we needed and the building itself was shockingly convenient. The condo had plenty of extra pillows and (super-soft couch) blankets as well, which my kids were thrilled about. There was an on site cafe/pizza shop, a couple of pools (indoor one says heated but it wasn’t when we were there, not complaining just transparent), even a cute baby pool. Very easy beach access (ON the beach with an easy-pull path for wagons and things), water view from ours and it appeared from MOST units, a pretty cheap little arcade, billiards room, movie theater, paddle ball courts… also LOVED the utility room separate from the condo that housed the washer, perfect place for our wheelezz cart and water/beach boards. Someone else on a previous review mentioned the wait times for elevators during peak times, which was def true but not intolerable… just prep a little early on checkout day bc that could prob bite you. In our place there were only VERY minor inconveniences. The shower head in the guest bath didn’t work, maybe operator error, but I tried several things and couldn’t make it happen. The tub did tho and the master shower was fine so that was just fine for us. One of the lamps in the guest room didn’t work, and there’s no overhead lighting, but another lamp across the room did so again, whatever. One of the TVs wouldn’t connect to anything. Unfortunately the tv was in the area I put my teenager, but tbh he didn’t complain so it really didn’t matter. I do wish I’d brought MORE beach towels (the rental towels were not fantastic, think… extra large bar rag🤣… but they use a service and the towels provided dry your body so again, can’t really complain) and a HAIRDRYER! 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve been so used to not needing to bring a hairdryer anywhere that I didn’t, and I def could have used one. The only other thing I’d say is maybe throw a few tide pods in the kitchen somewhere bc I def had to go buy a whole thing of laundry detergent which is just a pain to haul back… but again, I didn’t EXPECT it to be there so I’m not mad at it. Altogether, this place more than exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable, clean, had several unexpected amenities, and was as close as one can get to being in the middle of things that are as spread out as they are in oc. We are saving this property and will definitely return! Thanks so much for hosting us!

Where it’s at.

My only real complaint about Seawatch: The elevators during high traffic times. Other than that, sea watch was awesome. Would stay again. Everything you need is close by and the amenities were on point.

The condo was exactly like the pictures. We loved the location and all the fun things to do there. The kids loved watching a movie in the theater. They enjoyed both pools and my grandson loved the playground.
