Great! Great! Great!

Great place and great host! As a 1st time VRBOer, I had many clarifying questions and each was answered promptly and courteously. The location was everything we could’ve hoped for —within walking distance of the Delta Center and TRAX stops. One small glitch was that we received conflicting info about using the STRATIS app for entry into the building. But that was resolved promptly. Our host even provided a few snack items on the counter! I would definitely recommend this place and host.

Convenient to Convention Center

In looking for something close to Convention Center found this and everything worked. Close market to shop at and easy to get back and forth once you learn how large a SLC block is! LOL Our host was amazing!

Great cozy apartment

This place was super clean and well furnished. It’s right downtown, within walking or short driving access to pretty much anything you could want downtown! The space was cozy and cute. Perfect for a couple wanting a getaway that’s close to everything you need. It would be tight with more than two, but for a couple, it’s absolutely perfect.

Winter Bliss in Salt Lake City

During a short stay, in SLC, this spot was accessible to downtown and a cozy retreat after a day of film watching.Easy parking, clean, and comfortable and so easy to communicate with the owners!

Great downtown location

The apartment was in a great location, just steps from local eateries and shopping. The apartment building was secure and very quiet, and Anthony provided timely and specific details about access and the check in and out processes.

Perfect Getaway

I booked this place for a 4 day weekend getaway and it was perfect. The check in instructions were super thorough and once in the place was great for us. Great location downtown close to all the things we needed. Great little spot and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Clean, well maintained property and condo. The space itself was roomy with the necessary amenities. I appreciated some of the small touches like coffee, creamer and breakfast snacks as I arrived late on Sunday so had enough to get my Monday morning going. Anthony was also very detailed and responsive

Fab location, cute apt, great city.

We had a great visit to Salt Lake City. This unit is in a prime location close to the arena for the Jazz game we went to. Overall the apartment is adorable! It does have carpeting (with stains) in the bedroom/closet so if you are allergic to pets (like me) you may want to bring allergy medicine. The pool area is amazing! The walk from the apartment to the pool area is pretty long, so if you have small children and want to be going back and forth, definitely have a stroller or something to haul everything you need in a single trip. Free parking is great! The garage is very tight. I can't believe they even made the opening that small for vehicles to go through, but just drive carefully and check your side mirrors as you go in/out. Overall we had a solid visit. Didn't sleep well on the bed for some reason. Maybe a memory foam topper would help and some extra blankets in the unit. Luckily we brought some from home so we used those too. Thank you for the great deal overall. My kids loved the bars/oatmeal left for us. Cheers!

Definitely recommend

Really great place. Centrally located to wherever we needed to drive to. Anthony was an amazing host. I let him know I needed a pack and play for my baby. And he had it waiting for us. This made me feel really comfortable traveling with my two kids. Everything was clean. We felt very safe. The only thing I would say is if you’re looking to walk to a lot of locations, there is not a lot around the area. Besides a Dave & Buster’s. But there is a train station that is free a block away. As long as you know how to use the train station. Lol. I would definitely stay here again. Felt very safe and the added touches of popcorn and granola bars were a big hit for my 11-year-old

Great downtown location!

Lovely apartment. Stayed here with 2 teenage girls. A bit tight for 4 of us but efficient. Off street parking was a bonus. Brought my dog and the park area was perfect for fetch and walking. Would stay here again!

Down town of lose to everything

Great condo close to everything. The condo was clean and contact with host was great. Few minor issues finding the entrance but this was due to construction on the road way so nothing coulbe done. The condo had everything needed.

Cozy and comfortable nice apartment

This apartment has all you need and more compared to a hotel room. Place and furniture well kept and great condition, the bed is very comfortable and has enough pillows. Very clean!

It was a great location and easy access to public transportation. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was quick and responsive. The view was lacking but overall a great place to stay!

The apartment was right across the street from a concert we were attending. Apartment was clean and secure. There is a lot of construction in the area which makes street parking a little difficult if you can’t take advantage of the garage parking.

Great little condo for family of 4

We had a nice 3 night stay as we were in town for an event at the Salt Lake Convention Center. The kids slept on the pull out couch and we found the master bed very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo came with necessary toiletries. The in unit laundry was a plus. Parking was easy. The view left some to be desired, as you stare at the wall of the building next door, but that wasnt a big deal. Would absolutely recommend. need very comfortable
