This is a very cool old house that has cleverly been converted to apartments. The place was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. The location is convenient for getting around and is close to downtown. There are plenty of great restaurants and stores in the immediate area.
The entire stay at this location was exactly what we expected. The host clearly communicated with us before hand and even during our stay. 10/10 stay!!!
I needed a place to stay last minute for work. Due to a conference in town, all the hotels were booked. I chose to stay here and it was a great choice. The location was perfect and the accommodations were excellent. Everything was extremely clean and well organized. I would definitely stay here again!
We booked this condo for the third time and it was great. It had everything we needed and was nice and clean, except for the marred bathroom mirror. We arrived in SLC a little early and the host promptly responded to my request for early check in . Everything worked out perfectly
My husband, son and I stayed at this rental for a weekend to check out Salt Lake City. We were very impressed by the convenience of this rental. It is close to everything yet quiet. We felt safe and the bed is super comfy!
This location turned out to be ideal because there are a bunch of requirement sort of stores within a five minute walking distance. There was a Whole Foods, which I was surprised to see and very happy to see and an entire little mini mall that had incredible music playing during Weekend nights. You couldnât hear the music at the location of the B&B though because it was a good five minute walk. The place was really adorable. There were movable heaters and fans were needed. The only negative really was that my student and her mom who stayed in another unit of the host, found molds on there pitcher for purifying the water, so they bought some water at the local store rather than address it with the owner I believe. The bed was extremely comfortable.
Had a work trip that we flew into SLC and stayed here for the night. Was a great place that had everything as listed. Even if youâre traveling for pleasure I would recommend. Close to city center and plenty to do close by.
Very clean. Great location, close to everything. Comfortable and the property manager is available and responsive. Highly recommend this property for your next stay in SLC!
Our family really enjoyed our stay! Great location and great communication with the host! Loved the kitchen and chairs at the island. This is my 2nd time booking through this host. Absolutely love them! Would definitely book again in the future Wouldefinitely again in the future
This small apartment was great for a visit to relatives in SLC. Comfortable, well-stocked with what we needed, and convenient. Loved being able to walk to breakfast and coffee shops.
This is our second visit to this property/location. We have stayed in two different units and they are perfect for our needs. This is our new go to property when coming to Salt Lake to visit our daughter who is now at student at the U.
I really enjoyed my stay here - the host takes great care to make sure you're happy and comfortable. Biking and walking were my main means of transportation, so this was a great spot to stay for me - lots of places to bike or walk to nearby!

Great spot, great location. Clean and pretty. We would stay there again. Only con was that I detected the smell of cat pee. My husband didnât notice it as much, but I definitely did. It was still a good experience.
My name is Vera Leonard, I live in Tooele County, UT. I've been a host for a few years on other platforms and decided I'd try VRBO. I love people and am very active with family and friends. I love camping, crocheting, cooking and my business endeavors. I also have a small Mary Kay business, and I am a licensed hair dresser.
