Summer Joy condo is a darling, 2nd story beach bungalow nestled in the heart of the west end of Panama City Beach, FL directly across the street from beach access #70. Just 2 miles from Pier Park and Frank Brown, makes this condo the perfect place to stay for those attending events like Gulf Coast Jam, the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, Jeep Jam, Thunder Beach and much more! *Must be 21 to rent*

Summer Joy comfortably sleeps 4 with one master queen suite and 2 twin beds in the guest suite.

Enjoy the amenities that this low rise (no elevators), quaint condo community has to offer, like a beautifully landscaped courtyard, 2 pools, hot tub and shuffle board.

Dine at Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar right next door! Shop at Pier Park just a few minutes down Front Beach Rd. or head the opposite direction and paddleboard or kayak on Lake Powell! The possibilities are endless! You will not regret choosing to stay at this sweet vacation home.

We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you.

Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like high chairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those item's.

Lastly, we also offer concierge airport pickup service and discounted photography sessions that can be arranged in advance. Please feel free to send us a message or text if you need any of these services arranged for you.

Updated and clean

Although the outside courtyard and the overall building was dated, the condo was very updated and clean with tasteful decor. My daughter stayed there for 5 weeks and loved it. Super convenient to the beach. Outside shower xoming off the beach is nice. Pool and hot tub was nice as well. Location is on the west end of town away from most of the craziness, but still close enough for a short drive. We recommended this unit to a friend who will also be staying for 5 weeks this summer. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing condo!

This was the first condo I ever booked that wasn’t right on the water and I was in heaven with the privacy, peace and quiet and the beauty of the condo. The condo was everything we needed and had a perfect touch of “cozy” with it. I can’t wait to come back to visit again.

Endless Summer Stay

Our week in this condominium was great! Great location in Panama City if you like being a way from all the hustle and bustle of the main attractions. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach from the Condominium. Very updated and nice decor! The only downside to this location that might keep me from coming back is the location next door, The Travel Lodge. I believe it host week church groups and the noise from the music will rattle the building. Some mornings it started at 8am and some nights was going on at 11pm.

Adorable Condo

We had a lovely stay at Summer Joy. Very well-appointed and decorated. Very close to the beach. Just a few minute walk. Pools are nice and there’s a hot tub as well. Pool was too cold this time of year but it’s only early April. We only have one complaint and that was the full-bed. It’s labeled as a queen in the listing but was definitely a full. That and it was very very soft and squishy. Too soft for us but that’s a matter of preference. Otherwise it’s a super cute little condo! The owner was very attentive.

Had a problem with the door lock app and the owner was amazing. Made sure we got in just fine, and followed up well. House is adorable and clean. Great location too.

Wonderful for families

This property was such a delight. I took my teenage daughter and a friend for a girls trip. It's decorated beautifully with easy access to the beach. The beds and furniture were so comfortable. All around a wonderful choice.
