This renovated, third-floor condo makes the perfect beach getaway! Relax and enjoy the views from either of your own two private balconies! There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The primary bedroom has a TV, and one guest bedroom has its own balcony. Additional amenities include an on-site washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, TVs in the living room, and the primary bedroom. This condo has beautiful views and is steps away from the beach or the community pool!

Things to Know
There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There may be some construction equipment in the area and in some assigned parking spaces. There are plenty of extra open parking spaces. Expected completion is the end of Summer 2025.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Please be aware;
There are 2 temporary windows are in the condo while we are waiting for installation of new windows. One is located in downstairs primary bedroom and the other in the dining room. The rental rate has been reduced to reflect.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family Vacay for 7

We needed a rental with at least 3 bathrooms which is what led us to this rental. The property is gorgeous. The walk to the beach is long, be prepared, but great beachfront access. This building is a little behind another building, so the view is partially obstructed, however, plenty of ocean and beach to see from the large windows and balcony. It was clean, beds were fairly comfortable, plenty of toilet paper and towels which is always a plus. The elevator was broken our first two days, but repaired and nothing you can do about that! Pool is really nice, could use a few more loungers and a bit more shade. Omni property is just really beautiful.

Had to leave sheets in dryer. Love the view. Hate the stairs. Hubby is 90 and stairs ruined his trip. Sink downstairs doesn't drain...nasty.

Great location

Amelia Island and Fernandina are very special! This condo was perfect for our group of 6 adults. It’s rare to find a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo. Proximity to the pool and beach were also great. There is a view but it also has a building directly in front which blocks about 50% of the ocean view. The condo is beautifully decorated in every room and every bed was very comfortable but there are signs of wear. 2 of the stair treads are broken and held with duct tape, refrigerator shelves were broken (we taped them on), paint peeling and stained grout in 1 bathroom. The key pad was not working but communication was excellent and a back up key was provided. Also the elevator was incredibly slow. Nice to have hotel carts to help move in/out and 1 covered parking space though. We would stay here again.

Better than Expected

Our family loved this condo and the space it provided for adults and kids. Having three bathrooms was super helpful. The view from the kitchen is incredible. There are lots of steps; we didn’t mind them though. In fact having the master on the lowest level gave extra privacy. Everything was clean and fresh. There were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets and starter supplies. Very pleased and would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

For the amount of money to rent this, I would have expected better beds, they were literally cot style mattresses, the patio doors were all very hard to open and shut. No screens. Very uncomfortable dining chairs. Cheap construction.

Perfect Relaxing Beach Spot

This is a lovely home with a great location for a quite, beach vacation. The home is clean and nicely styled. It is well laid out to enjoy ocean views inside or a short walk to the beach outside. It is a 20 min drive to town (Fernandia) which has great restaurants and shops. We very much enjoyed our stay.
