This location cannot be beat. Under 15 minutes from 5 spring training facilities, ASU, casinos, several downtown nightlife areas (Old Town Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe). The Phoenix Open @ TPC, Barrett Jackson and Super Bowl are 30 minutes or less! Sky Harbor (PHX) is 15 and Mesa Gateway is less than 30. A great launch spot with easy access to the 101, 202, 60 and I-10. The East Valley - Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert, Scottsdale, & Phoenix are at your doorstep. University of Phoenix stadium is 30 minutes via highway and Old Town Scottsdale 15 minutes.

Step inside this inviting living space ready for fun in the AZ sun. The open floor plan makes this home a great social spot to unwind after a round of golf or day at a ballpark.

You will forget you are in the desert when you walk out back into a tropical beach setting. The large pool is surrounded by white sands to wiggle your toes in while you chill under the mist system. Catch a nap in the hammock or read a book in a lounger. Yes the pool is heated!

Other good stuff: Room for 8 adults - 3 bedrooms with a king, queen, full/twin bunk set and inflatable Serta queen. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, propane BBQ grill, and wifi included. The garage is off limits but room for 3 cars to park in driveway. Keyless entry.

An oasis away from home

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay! Majority of the time was spent outside enjoying the pool and ambiance! It definitely felt like being at a true getaway! House was clean, and just overall had a cozy fun atmosphere! Would definitely take my family again!

Mother's day in Mesa

This beach retreat was exactly what we needed to chill out and enjoy our three generations. The property gave us all the comforts of home. The beach vibe was everywhere which helped with the +100 degree weather. Thanks to the host Sam, we loved every moment!

We had a troop that wanted to go to the beach but we did not earn enough for that trip. This was an amazing alternate trip! Plenty of room and comfortable beds

House was great

House was amazing... had everything we needed and much more.. the backyard was great as well.. nice pool (definitely useful in warmer weather).. we loved everything about it.. quiet neighborhood as well. Close to all.. Definitely recommend it!!! 🙂🙂🙂

Great outdoor space

We chose this house due to the heated pool and it didn’t disappoint. My kids swam even with the cooler outside temps. The tv outside was nice as well. We were in AZ primarily to watch spring training and the location is excellent for that. Down the street is a walking/biking path that was really nice and we played tennis around the corner at the high school courts. I appreciated the late checkout so much as we had a late flight.

The pool was so fun and the outdoor tiki bar and live TV and music

Two fans were on working , may have been missing remotes , unable to turn on with wall switch . The outdoor firepit wasn’t working . My daughter said she hit her head on the shelf in the master bathroom reaching for the toilet paper. Over all stay was fun and big enough and the pool area was super great. Thank you for the week . We would definitely stay again

Perfect weekend get away

The house was very comfortable, very quiet felt safe and the best part of all was the pool, the water was at a perfect temperature and very clean. I would definitely book it again.

Cool place to stay...

This place has everything you need. Great Host, exceptionally clean, excellent entertainment system, comfortable beds, cool lighting, well equipped kitchen, outdoor misting system, clean pool, and the list just goes on… We stayed for four days and will defiantly come back again, good vibes in this place, we had a wonderful time.

Perfect family get away.

We had the best experience at this beautiful home. Our kids, 8, 14 and 18 had an amazing time in the beach like backyard, so did we! We will be back. It has everything you need and more. Thank you Sam.

Very warm inviting house great for a relaxing party fun atmosphere. Great pool great location plenty of food groceries bars within walking distance lovely park down the street. A much needed break really recommended!

Home Run

We got lucky to land this spot and we were not disappointed when we arrived. Accurate pictures and descriptions. Inside was very clean, all the amenities you'll need and perfect backyard that had something for everyone who stayed. Would rebook in a heartbeat and will be looking to do so

In town for a wedding

Five stars is not enough! This place was amazing! And so much fun! Very clean and such a fun vibe. Also very close to everything. You can tell the owners loved this place and we are thankful for them making it available for others to enjoy! We can not wait to come back again.

Perfect for a family fun in the sun

This is a a great location and set up for a family gathering or for a group that prefers a relaxed, informal setting. Everything you need is provided, grocery store is in walking distance and you are central to all the attractions. Lots of beach towels, drink glasses, fun and funky interior and bar set up. Great exterior TV, misting system for hot days and extra deep pool. It was plenty hot enough that we didn’t need the pool heated. Only reason for not giving it 5 stars was the lack of large cookware, bowls or skillet of any kind to cook properly for a group of 5, 4 males, 1 female. No TV in the master, the Wi-Fi/TV connection was really temperamental and there were some issues with the pool pump schedule and misters that weren’t ready to go when we arrived and took a bit of time to resolve. That said, Sam was very quick to respond and try to get things resolved. This was very much appreciated. The Kelly’s

Arizona Stay

Owners are easy to work with and had timely responses to our questions. It is a great location! Walking distance to Palo Verde Park and to church. Also, it is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The house is very functional especially for our family of five. The house was dusty/dirty when we arrived. We shared this with the owners and they also agreed it wasn’t up to their usual standards. The backyard is a hidden gem! The beach theme, sand, chairs, tv, hammock, pool, grill, etc. made it a relaxing setting. Awesome Pool! Until the week of our trip, we didn’t realize the pool wasn’t heated. When we visited in March the water temperature was 64 degrees. Due to the temperature, we didn’t have the swim time that we were hoping for, but now we know that most pools in AZ aren’t headed. A great location for a family or a group of friends!

Great place to stay!

Girls trip to Mesa. The house and outdoor area was amazing!!!! Everything was clean and all the comforts of your own home. Spacious but still very homey. We were down there the first week of March, the Temps were a beautiful 70. The only sad part was the pool was to cold to enjoy as it is not heated. I didnt realize that would be a problem in march still. We all had an amazing time! Highly recommend

So much to do/see in this area - and our location is a great launch spot to easily get to whatever interests you. Spring training is around the corner and you can get to 5 stadiums in 15 minutes - see the A's, Angels, Cubs, D-Backs, Giants, and Rockies! Or never leave because you will enjoy this home inside and out.

And because we get so many of your northern visitors, the POOL IS NOW HEATED!
