Stay in the heart of Downtown Tucson! Steps to 4th Ave and Congress.
Come and stay in a piece of Tucson history! Over 100 year old home in Tucson's historic Iron Horse neighborhood. Cozy 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms right in the heart of Tucson. Just a 1 minute walk to the historic 4th Avenue and 2 minutes to Congress. Fast wifi, free parking, and with the University of Arizona less than half a mile away you won't find a place with more transportation, food and entertainment within walking distance!
The apartment (duplex) was clean and in great condition. Instructions were accurate and we never needed to disturb the host. Had a Keurig coffee maker with some pods but we grabbed a favorite for the short stay. The bunk bed worked, but probably best for kids. This property is in a great right off 4th Avenue so there was no shortage of noise as the bars nearby closed down on weekend nights. Our stay occurred when UofA was in session. That does not reflect on the property, just an observation. The price of convenience to the action.Would stay here again with the right size group or with 2 adults sharing the main bedroom.
We would have said excellent location but for us old ladies the night life noise was disruptive at night. But it was convenient to 4th, the University etc. overall it was a very nice stay and the place was very well equipped. Thank you Christopher!
Generally speaking, it was a really a great place. Only reason I didnât give it five stars was some neighborhood street noise and the lighting in the bathroom areas were dim, especially for shaving, etc. quite small potato's, so 4 1/2 stars in my bookâŠ
This was a nice place to stay and was surprisingly quiet for the location. We only needed one room. The bunk beds may work well for children. The cost is rather high but I suppose that's because of its location.
Great location. House was cozy. Only thing I would say is the bathroom in the living room is very small so if youâre going with multiple people who you may not want to share a bathroom with be aware as itâs a part of the living room so very little privacy. Host was great.
Only there for a short stop, but the place worked out great for us. Great coffee shop across the street, easy access to public transportation and close to campus. Hosts were very responsive and very friendly. We'd return next time we're in Tuscon!
Just a quick one night stay to swap a puppy with my cousin and his wife from California (we came from Austin). House was very clean and looks just like the photos. Parking is a bit tricky, but manageable with the parking permit provided. Great location especially for those who like a little nightlife.
The location is excellent, house was clean and hosts were responsive. I would recommend this house because it's in walking distance to fourth, hotel, Congress, and close to the University.
Came to Tucson to visit my daughter at UOA. This place is super close to campus and right off of 4th Ave and Congress where so many cool shops and restaurants are located!
The house was clean, cozy and the bed was very comfortable! Definitely would stay here again.
House was very clean, had towels, pans, plates, nice aesthetic. Room was comfortable, nice air conditioning. Renters responded quickly (within 5 minutes). Everything went perfect! One to thing to keep in mind is that there is limited parking especially since itâs downtown. You only have a permit for 1 vehicle and you have to get there before 6PM to get a parking before they get taken. Luckily, there is a parking garage 3 minutes away.
This cute place was right next to all the night life. It came with a parking pass and thereâs cute details like a guestbook that you can add to and retro kitchen appliances. I would definitely recommend!
Stayed here during seminar, would return for vacation
This property was excellent for our needs, close to multiple restaurants after our seminars. The kitchen was very well stocked for meal prep. The entire space was very clean and welcoming. Checkin was easy and Christopher was very responsive from booking onward. I would also recommend thus as a place to stay for U of A events due to proximity.
Just steps away from nightlife. Very cute clean apt. Vintage doorknobs in closets and retro appliances! Loved it!!! Plenty of space for
Our little group. They have a arcade game in one roomâŠthe 3 year old loved!
I love to travel! I have been lucky enough to explore 23 countries and counting. Over this time I have fallen in love with the vacation rental experience and the cultural immersion it offers travelers like myself.
Location location location! On 15 December 2015, Tucson, Arizona, became the first UNESCO City of Gastronomy designated in the United States. This home is in the center of it all. There are countless restaurants and bars within walking distance.
