Beautifully furnished historic home with heated pool close to Downtown Tucson.
Beautiful historic two bedroom home located in Armory Park. Walking distance to downtown Tucson and local bars and restaurants! U of A is a 10 minute tram ride away. Impeccably furnished with every amenity you could need. Fully stocked kitchen ready to cook a feast! Stunning back yard with a new pool (pool can be heated for an additional fee -contact host for details). Plenty of patio space to lounge in the sun or relax in the shade. Peaceful and beautiful gardens with olive, grapefruit and lemon trees. A jewel in the desert. One of our first renters wrote. "...The house is great! The most well-stocked rental we've ever rented. The kitchen and its utensils and dishes are wonderful. And the backyard...fantastic!" T Schreiner

This house is perfect in every way. It is clean, charming and quiet. The host has thought of everything so if you forget toothpaste, makeup wipes, a razor, etc, you will be covered. The kitchen is also fully stocked. We loved the beautiful backyard with the pool, multiple tables and chairs, and all the different birds. It is in a quiet neighborhood and we walked to the 5 points area for breakfast every morning. The host is also very responsive so if we had any questions, she always got back to us right away. We definitely hope to stay there again!
We had a perfect vacation here. The house is so comfortable and it really just feels like youâre staying in a friendâs home. The backyard and pool are STUNNING and we spent so much magical time out there. Itâs walking distance to so many wonderful coffee shops and the brewery nearby was great. I recommend this 100% - you will not regret it.
Cozy home with a lovely backyard and pool. Jennifer was truly a super host. The kitchen was well stocked which is rare these days for most rentals. We enjoyed our stay!
It was our second time staying at this property. We came back because we love the location with the great walkability to downtown and local neighborhood restaurants. The amazing pool and landscaping are a big plus. Inside is comfy, well appointed from beds and furniture to coffee and a well stocked kitchen. Jenn is a very responsive host. We will rent this house again.
What a wonderful place to stay! The home is beautiful with two large bedrooms and two baths; wonderfully soft bedding and pillows, very comfortable furniture in the LR, an exquisite dining room table, and beautiful original artwork on the walls. The owner has stocked the place with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, in the baths, by the pool, living room (ie games), pantry (yes - full pantry), plus a goody basket of treats as a welcome. This home might be better stocked than my own. The pool is gorgeous and there are myriad floaties and a giant bin of pool-related items. The owner is in easy communication and is lovely. I highly recommend, and will stay again every time I am in Tucson!
Good location for enjoying downtown Tucson and then centrally located to branch out in different directions outside the city itself every day. Very responsive hostess. Quaint historical house. Comfortable beds.
Everything was great! House was clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Walking distance to some restaurants and a liquor store. The pool and back yard are main event! Everything is so thoughtful. We are happy to have found this for our long weekend getaway. Thanks!
Great property inside and out, close to downtown and ideal for local excursions. Jennifer was a welcoming host and provided meaningful information about her property as well as good recommendations for the area.
We really loved our stay at Dulce1902. The house is adorable and very close to shops and restaurants. Jenn was an amazing host and incredibly helpful. Would 100% stay here again!
We are two couples in our sixties who spent a month in this cozy and comfortable home! Highlights for us were lounging by the pool, cooking in the well stocked kitchen, and exploring Tucson from this central location. The two comfortable bedrooms with private baths were a huge plus. Jennifer is a great communicator and awesome host! We highly recommend and are already booked for next year!
We were four women with dogs who love to cook, swim and hike so this stay was perfect for us! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need ! We loved the spacious fenced backyard and the pool was fabulous. Jenn, the manager was super helpful .
The location of this home was perfect for our weekend stay in Tucson. It was extremely close to the Tucson Convention Center and downtown restaurants while being only a 25-minute drive to Saguaro National Park. Jennifer was excellent at quickly responding to any questions we had. Also- the beds were very comfortable, so we slept great!
Could not have asked for anything more from this property. The description online was impressive but once we got there it exceeded our expectations. I've never been in a rental that was so fully stocked. The backyard with pool was fantastic. It was so quiet and we enjoyed many days back there. Also Jenn the owner was very quick to respond to any of our questions. Renting this home is a no brainer.
The property is very clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. The kitchen is very well stocked in terms of utensils, pots, pans, etc. The host, Jennifer, is incredibly responsive and friendly. And having a pool to cool off in, in the midst of the October heat "wave", was the "icing" on the cake. We very much enjoyed our time at this home in Armory Park.
The house is nice antique home with many old features kept in place which is a plus! However, I encountered too many indoor insects (crickets, roaches, spiders and ants)âŠthere was a lot of crickets. I had to spray the whole house upon arrival and still see these insects everywhere.
Also, outdoor place is nice and private however there were a lot of insects especially mosquitoes and bees.
I recommend to the person who manages this place to have the insecticide service done at least every 2 weeks for inside and outside the house.
Second time staying in this darling home and we canât wait to return again soon! Thereâs no better way to experience Tucson while feeling immediately a part of the community. Location is perfection, the pool and outdoor spaces are beautiful and the walkability to nearby shops and restaurants is so convenient. We love this propert and the host is 10-stars!
Beautifully restored historic home in quiet residential area close to downtown. Home is well stocked with all the essentials and more. Super comfy beds, lovely linens and spotlessly clean. The backyard is a heavenly oasis with gorgeous pool, lots of comfy seating, serene lighting and fruit trees!
The host is so helpful and responds quickly to any questions you might have.
Stay here- youâll love it.
We loved our stay in this historic home! It was perfect for our family because we could cook meals in the beautifully updated and nicely stocked kitchen, we could hang out in the backyard (and swim when it wasn't too cold), and play games in the large living and dining rooms. Jennifer was very attentive and responded to messages quickly. The location was great, too, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, as well as the Children's Museum. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs, as you can hear the train every morning (very early). I'd definitely stay here again! Thank you for the experience!
I am so happy to introduce myself! I've lived in Tucson for over 35 years and absolutely love the Sonora desert. I have raised my five children here and am so happy to wake up every morning to the beautiful sun and mountains. I love hiking Tucson's varied hiking trails and have just started mountain biking. There is so much history here with wonderful restaurants and plenty to do outdoors.
This is a beautiful and unique property. This home was built in 1902 and has so much charm. When you enter the backyard you are transported to your own private resort. Lovely gardens and a beautiful heated black bottom pool. Lounge chairs and seating areas to relax or entertain your friends and family. The inside of the house is lovingly decorated to feel like a peaceful home where you can relax and enjoy the Old Pueblo.
I love the location of this home. You are 0.7 miles from downtown bars and restaurants and 0.5 miles from the tram that can take you to U of A. The historic neighborhood of Armory Park is a beautiful place to take an evening stroll and enjoy all of the old homes in the neighborhood. It is a quiet and peaceful area to be in.
