Pier home that has 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathroom. Master bedroom has a king bed with two night stands, dresser and closet for cloths. Master bedroom also come with a flat screen television to enjoy at night. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has two double beds, night stand, closet, dresser and television. Hall bathroom has tub/shower combo. Living room has a cathedral ceiling with a sleeper sofa and three chairs to enjoy television or just to relax after a day at the beach. Dining room has seating for four. Kitchen bar area does have an additional three chairs. Kitchen has refrigerator, icemaker, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, regular coffee pot, keurig coffee pot, toaster, garbage disposal, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware and all items needed for cooking. House does have a washer and dryer for renters use. WiFi is also available. Grill is also available for renters to use. Deck with furniture has a stunning view of the lake. Ceiling fan is also outside to keep the area cooler. Down stairs is extra seating outside with two swings. Home has a concrete driveway with covered parking. A Good Fine

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description is accurate. Be aware that the street is a little narrow. Although the property is clean there are some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed but nothing that would prevent us from renting the property again. Rose Real Estate's customer service was exceptional. We would recommend the property. Happy Snow Birds

Nice view from the rear deck including lovely sunsets. Indoor furniture could use an update and outdoor furniture needs new cushions badly.Renting a golf cart is a very pricey proposition especially since they lack windshields or any protection at all, winter should be much more affordable. Neighbors are great and we enjoyed walking our little dog all over the Village. Would like to extend our stay to include April or part of April.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No improvements made. Broken bathroom drawer, limited space makes that especially annoying. Outdoor furniture not good, broken microwave, dining room rug is stained and not acceptable. pool updates very disappointing, bathrooms are nice but that roof with plywood patches is awful, it could sure use attention to the mold covering the remaining roof. Golf cart rentals are really gouging the snowbirds ESPECIALLY w/o windshields.

Beautiful Home in Oceanside Village

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house, location and neighbors were all top notch! Our rental was clean, updated and had the best stocked kitchen ever! The mattress in the master bedroom was perfect for me (2 back surgeries) and that in itself is an extra bonus! The covered porch overlooking the lake was so relaxing in the early morning hours watching the sun come up.Our neighbors across the street were very friendly and talkative. We've stayed in Oceanside Village multiple times but this stay was the first time we both said we would come back to this house!Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Great lake overlook at the Beach

We thought the couch and recliners needed a steam clean as well as the rugs in dining(visible dirty spots that felt damp) and family room. The shower curtain liner visibly dirty should be replaced and/or washed with bleach after each guest. The secondary BR had a floor lamp without its shade?? The outside areas of this property are very comfortable and inviting. We loved this location and will be back.

Glorious Morning Glory

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this home and we love it! Our favorite thing is the covered back deck that overlooks the lake. The open concept kitchen and living area opens onto the deck, so the beautiful view is able to be enjoyed from inside as well. The home is comfortable, nicely decorated, and well-stocked. The only suggestions we have would be quieter bed frames in the 2nd bedroom because they are squeaky, and smaller shower doors (or just a curtain) in the main bedroom. I’ve stayed in many beach homes through the years and this is one of my all-time favorites. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location and beautiful property

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The photos online are not near as beautiful as the property is in person. The view of the lake and wildlife was picturesque. Mostly everyone we came in contact with in Oceanside Village were so friendly and welcoming. The property managers, Rose Real Estate, were phenomenal to work with. Every question and concern I had was answered quick, kind and efficiently. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked our trip for the Summer right away. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

It is a very comfortable property and I felt like I was home.Spent most of our time outdoors on the Covered Porch overlooking a nice lake.The location was perfect. It is equipped with all cooking needs. a short trip for groceries & we were all set for a fun time.would not recommend for four adults as second bedroom has bunk beds.Although we did not use the pools we had a great time at the beach where free parking is provided.Problem with cable TV;immediately addressed & resolved thru Rose Realty.Can't wait to rent this property again
