The property receives regular pest-control service, and we take any report of insects seriously. Following your review, we specifically checked the areas under the beds and around the bedrooms, as well as the other cleaning details mentioned in your review, including the bathroom exhaust fan. We understand that mattress comfort is subjective, and that a mattress that feels comfortable to one guest may not feel the same to another.
