OCEANSIDE VILLAGE - 3 Bed 2 bath, ground floor unit - GOLF CART INCLUDED
Oceanside Village is located between Business 17 and N. Waccamaw Drive off Melody Lane in Surfside Beach.
On the property there are two outdoor pools, splash pad and hot tub. There are bathrooms at both outdoor pools. The indoor pool is newly renovated and hot tub has been added. There are bathrooms and showers at the indoor pool. There is a playground, basketball court and pickleball court. We are within walking distance to the beach, there is also private beach front parking with vehicle/golf cart spaces, there are public bathrooms and a shower area to wash the sand off your feet. **Gate cards for beach access are purchased at the Oceanside Village Office for $30, $15 is refunded when you turn the card back in before you leave. On Sunday the gate card can be purchased at Rose Real Estate which is at the corner of Hwy 17 and Melody Ln (right beside the entrance to Oceanside Village)
We are close to Garden City, Murrell's Inlet, Pawley's Island, Huntington Beach State Park and Myrtle Beach State Park.
Our ground floor unit has three bedrooms and two full baths (master bath has a jetted tub, no shower). The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, glasses and utensils. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig, hand mixer, blender, toaster, drip coffee make and new refrigerator. There's also a crock pot, Insta Pot, electric can opener, blender, everything you'd need to cook and serve a meal.
TV's in all bedrooms are connected to Spectrum cable.
There is a cornhole board, tennis rackets, bicycles for adults and children, small life vests for kids, arm floaties, baby float, beach toys , beach umbrella and cooler.
There is a nice patio with dining table/chairs for 4, fire pit, seating area for 6, outdoor bar with 2 stools.
We are pet friendly, there is a dog park within walking distance of our home. We provide a pet waste station. We allow 2 pets and they MUST be included on the reservation and pet fee MUST be paid with reservation. No large dogs and no aggressive breeds.
Owners are on-site and is always available to answer any questions that you may have and can tell you where the best restaurants and other places are to go!
If you are interested in planning a trip for fishing, Neil can help you plan it with local knowledge of guides, charters and local fishing spots.
We strive to have our guests have a wonderful stay in our home! We can always be reached by phone, text, email or through VRBO.
We provide the following; 1 week stay - 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags for each trash can.
Less than 1 week stay - 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, roll of paper towels, 1 garbage bag for each trash can.
Food Lion grocery store is located right across Highway 17, Walmart is also close and Walmart and Instacart will deliver here. All of the food delivery services also deliver here.

This home was perfect. The location, the amenities and the owners were very helpful. The house was clean and fully stocked. The golf cart was so convenient. By the end of the trip my mother wanted to sell her house and move to this neighborhood. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

Exactly as described. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. If youre a pillow snob like I am, bring your own. Otherwise everything else was good. My only complaint is parking. Both of my son's came and left on different days due to work schedules so we had 1, 2, or 3 cars there during the week. There's only parking for 1, which was stated at booking. However, for the private beach access, we were only allowed to have 1 card, not one for each vehicle so we either had to all go together (which wasn't feasible on the golfcart) or have someone drop some off and go back and get everyone else. We even tried following each other and after the first person went through, someone getting out and letting the 2nd car through, then got fussed at by security saying we couldn't do that, even though we shared a room. Minor inconvenience. We asked the owner if they had an extra beach chair we could borrow and she brought it within seconds. There was beach towels and toys there which was nice.

Oceanside Village is a gated community . It is a peaceful, family friendly place. The pools, hot tub, and kids water play area were a hit with my family. Within walking distance to the beach. Our host Salty Santa is a wealth of knowledge on restaurants. We had a fantastic time. Definitely would stay here again.

Thank you your right it’s not taken Mahal but it is comfy we have finally closed on our home and moved permanently and are going to make some drastic changes if we can get the contractors we want to put walk-in showers in both bathrooms and new vanity’s tops and sinks we getting rid of the carpet and going with venal plank. We have added a bar to the patio and are going to make decorating changes there. We have already changed out mattresses and changed the master suite out. We are adding a new refrigerator side by side with ice and water in the door. We are adding more parking also so please check us out for 2023 we are gonna have a great summer.

Oceanside Village Stay
We booked our trip for a last-minute Birthday/Fishing Trip. The owners were very quick to respond with questions i had about the area such as fishing spots. This is a gated community right across from the beach. Great access to everything you need. They had 3 pools, 1 indoor 2 outside a splashpad for the kids and a big hot tub. The owners are great and super nice!
