Seasonal Capacity:
From October through May, the property accommodates up to eight guests (as the guest house is closed). From May through September, the maximum capacity increases to ten guests.
Prime Location:
When youâre not soaking up the sun on the beach, enjoy easy access to family-friendly activities like a trampoline center, batting cages, and a go-kart trackâperfect for creating unforgettable memories.
Luxurious & Comfortable Features:
The main house boasts stylish furnishings, a cozy electric fireplace, and a TV with Roku for your entertainment. The modern kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped for preparing your own delicious meals, while the breakfast nook is perfect for morning coffee. A formal dining area offers the perfect setting for family meals.
Outdoor Amenities:
Spend sunny days in the spacious, fenced backyard, complete with a gas grill and plenty of room for outdoor games on the grass. Beach chairs are provided for your convenience.
Kid-Friendly Additions:
While this home is not childproof, it is certainly kid-friendly! Make your stay extra special for little ones with thoughtful amenities, including:

The main house features four bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have a queen bed and one bedroom offers a twin trundle bed. There is a full bath on each floor.
The guest house offers an additional bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite 1/2 bath, ideal for extra privacy. The separate guest house also includes a sleeper sofa, a desk, an electric fireplace, and a coffee maker.
Additional Perks:
Enjoy complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and a variety of beach equipment for a seamless stay. Guests can also enjoy a collection of board games for family fun.
This home is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly amenitiesâoffering something for everyone in a prime beachside location.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
