This top-floor corner unit ensures a peaceful stay. Brand-new updates include hickory floors and a gourmet kitchen. An on-site ski locker and a garage parking space provide extra convenience.

LIVING AREA

Three armchairs and a sofa offer plenty of seating around the gas fireplace in the living area. Stream new movies on the smart TV.

The loft area is outfitted with a flat-screen TV, comfy seating options, and a pair of bunk beds.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare tasty vacation meals in the kitchen, newly appointed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

When you’re ready to eat, perch at the kitchen counter for three or gather around the table for four in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This two-story condo sleeps 10 guests between four bedrooms and two XL twin-over-twin bunk beds in the loft area.

The primary suite boasts a king bed and a TV. Step out onto the private balcony to admire the majestic mountain views. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

The third and fourth bedrooms each hold a queen bed.

Access to the two upstairs bedrooms is via the loft area.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The primary balcony is furnished with comfy armchairs and offers sprawling alpine vistas. Sip morning coffee at the bistro table for two on the second balcony.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a private ski locker, and shared coin-operated laundry facilities are provided.

Reserved parking is available for one car in the complex’s garage. Limited additional parking (for a maximum of one more car) may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the parking area along the side of the building.

This rental does not have air-conditioning.

This unit is located on the third floor. An elevator is available.

LOCATION

Walk 12 minutes from your front door to the BreckConnect Gondola or 5 minutes to the bus stop for a free ride to the lifts.

Unique shops and tasty restaurants await on Main Street, a 5-minute walk. In warmer months, travel 1 mile to the Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve or the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center.

Other local attractions include the Stephen C. West Ice Arena (1 mile) and the Breckenridge Golf Club (4 miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Great place

Very spacious and comfortable. Nice pool. Kids loved it. Hot tub. Easy walk to town. No bathroom in loft but bathroom on hall worked for us with 2 children there.

Great location house just ok

There were not enough towels and took 2 days and us finally taking our valuable time to drive to go get them. Kitchen floor left a splinter. Kitchen was stocked for a camper. Small pots. No lids. Toilets didn’t flush well. Mbr TV didn’t work parking spot was crazy tight for suv in garage

Best location!

The amount of sleeping space and location to town were ideal. The rental agency was very responsive and always willing to help. The building itself is a little worn but looks like they are working at making improvements.

Perfect Ski Condo!

I love this condo! Walking distance to the gondola and to my Breckenridges cute little Main Street. Clean. Well equipped. Thought of all the small details. This was my second time staying here and I plan on staying again in the future!

It was ok.

The place was nice and convenient but there is much delayed maintenance. The laminate flooring in the kitchen is buckled and there is a piece missing. The carpet is worn. Most of the pots are missing covers and most of the pans are no longer nonstick with one frying pan warped.

Well done!

Beautiful condo. Fit 10 adults easily. Upstairs queen beds a tad uncomfortable. Location on the free bus route but adds a bit of time away from skiing. Convenient to Main Street with a significant walk back uphill. Beautiful views, easy parking, cozy stacked stone fireplace, well-stocked and appointed kitchen. Would stay again if ski in/ski out unavailable.

Annual Colorado Winter Vacation

The location of this condo is the best thing about it! I was disappointed that prior to our stay I communicated my concerns about a previous review which indicated the pots and pans had no lids and the nonstick was nonexistent. I know this may seem minor but we spent Thanksgiving day here and our plan was to cook a dinner. I was informed that the issues posted on that review (from August 2024) had been addressed. This also included the issue of the flooring in the kitchen. Upon our arrival the code did not work (it was literally a 10 digit code), we had to stand there in the cold for 15-20 minutes while I called and finally received a code to the additional lock box with a key. To my surprise the flooring in the kitchen was not fixed, which of course led me to look at the pots and pans. These too, had not been replaced. I will say, Sergio, the maintenance man, came over the next day to recode the lock and changed it to a 4 digit code, which worked the rest of our stay. On this day, I had to text about needing more towels, I was initially told that unlike hotels, these places were only provided with "starter kits". However, when I pushed back to ask if they advertise this place to accommodate 10 people and we booked for 10 people, why would we only be provided with six towels, they then sent over additional towels. Again, I know these may seem like minor issues but when this is your one family vacation, you want things to be as promised.

Great location to downtown and gondola

Upon arriving at the condo everything was clean, the kitchen was nicely appointed, all the beds are extremely comfortable. The location of the property couldn’t be better for walking downtown to enjoy the restaurants/ bars or a short walking to the gondola. It was .3 miles or an 8-10minute walk to the gondola. Some areas of concern would be the hardwood floors in the kitchen are coming up and if you walked on them barefoot they would pinch your feet. In the bathroom the toilet would run after you flushed. A few updates would make this property a real diamond. The only hang up was no parking pass was left in the condo. It took a few calls to get this straightened out and a trip a few miles away to pick up the new pass. All in all this was a great place to stay and would definitely recommend to others.

The location in Breckenridge is great. Not far from Main St or the Gondola. There were 10 of us who fit with no problem. Kids loved the upstairs bunk beds.Would stay again.

Enjoyed the location. Had everything in kitchen needed. Good mattresses but the bed in the 1st main bedroom is broken and is like taking a roller coaster ride all night.

Great location

There's a lot to like: great location, comfortable beds, and nice touches like owner providing humidifiers. However, this is a third floor unit so we were hot every night (even though it was mid-40s outside). We experimented with opening windows but never mastered a good sleeping temperature. On the plus side, the building has two elevators, as well as indoor pool and whirlpool.

Beautiful Condo -> Relaxing Weekend

We LOVED our long weekend in Breck at Longbranch #301. The place is beautiful with plenty of comfortable seating, a great setup upstairs for the kids, everything you need in the kitchen to make a great meal, and easy access to downtown. The highlights from our trip -- walking less than 5 minutes for a happy hour on Main Street, family movie night in the loft upstairs, swimming in the pool downstairs, and reading a book while enjoying the beautiful views out the windows. The attention to detail here is appreciated: lots of nightlights for the kids, fans upstairs, plenty of TVs, fireplace that turns on at the flick of a switch, some essentials in the pantry, and plenty of towels. Beds are comfy. Unit is clean. Views are great. Pool is warm. Hot tub is hot. Lots of space. We'll be back!

Overall Nice Place - Some Downfalls

The unit itself was fairly nice. It was great for our group of 7. The location was fantastic. We could walk everywhere which was great. The parking was also very convenient. The unit wasn’t quite as clean as we would have liked when we arrived - the bathrooms weren’t properly cleaned between guests. We had a maintainence issue that Vacasa took longer to address than we would have liked. I would certainly stay here again. I think it was a great value overall.

Nice location

Very nice location walking distance to everything. Comfortable home with nice views. Difficult to get hold of property manager. No bathroom upstairs. Not a problem for us as we didn’t really use but place sleeps 6-8 up.

The lofted area was perfect for a kids only zone. We had 2 small families with kids under the age of 8. The lofted area was perfect for them! The location was very convenient to Main Street. We would highly recommend this rental.

Great Downtown Location

Large enough for 5 adults to enjoy the property without being tight on space. Downstairs is laid out well and makes for an easy hang out spot. While you don't get dead on views of the mountains, the trees and corner views of surrounding areas are still pretty remarkable. I would recommend putting a few more fans accessible to the condo. We had a cold front while we were visiting in late June and the upstairs was still too warm. Other than that, place was fully stocked.

Overall nice place. Great location.

It’s pretty hot upstairs in summer months. Accommodations were overall good. Prompt responses from management were appreciated. Cleanliness was okay. More transparency would have been appreciated, especially when the specific question was asked about pool/hot tub access. Traveled with small children and looked forward to pool time, which was under maintenance. All we were told was that we did in fact have access to the facilities. Happy overall though with stay.

Summer Getaway but no pool for summer

We loved the location of our property. The condo was great. A couple of notes. Dark by doorway during the day so not the easiest to see the lock when entering code to get in. One master bedroom has a full dresser. Other master bedroom with private bath only has two nightstands and a bench. No dressers in upstairs bedrooms or in loft area. We got by without those items but our biggest disappointment and we want other renters to know is that the pool is under construction for the summer so not open and hot tub is closed as well. This was not noted in the listing. We were disappointed as we picked this location because we have kids who like to swim. We were able to get daily passes at the Breckenridge rec center which is an excellent facility.
